She stood in a dress, it fluttered and danced in the wind. Her pale skin and matching hair were light in contrast to the red dress. The sand squished between her toes. The heels she had worn earlier were discarded some where by her car. Her makeup was perfect earlier but was dissolving in the ocean spray. She smiled and twirled kicking up sand. The moon lit up behind her. She turned to see a familiar face. She was stunned to see him here. They had split way earlier in the night. He smiled a heart warming smile. And like that she was melting again. She blushed and turned. She glanced at the warm South California waved and dived right in. Her actions seemed strange but she was happy. Her came behind her, not caring if his suit was ruined, and wrapped his arms around her. They were content in there own little bubble. They were everything to each other and that was the way it would always be….
