"Luke, I am your Father" is one of the most iconic phrases in movie history, but what if we have been interpreting it all wrong?

(Whatever scene that is)

Darth Vader: (Ominously) Luke, I am your Father.

Luke: NOOOOOOO!

Darth Vader: *sighs* Why is it always like this with the confessions?

Luke: Wait, what?

Darth Vader: Oh, you didn't think I meant that I was you genetic parent, did you? I meant that I'm your priest.

Luke: (Disbelievingly) Father Cotter?

Darth Vader: Yes, very good. Even some of us priests like to turn to the dark side.

Luke: *cries*

(Exectution scene with the Emperor and a Storm Trooper)

Storm Trooper: Before we execute you horribly and painfully, would you like your last rites?

Prisoner: Sure.

Emperor: As I am Pope, I shall see to you last rites.

Prisoner: Nevermind, then. No thanks!

Emperor: Fine. DIE!

*Prisoner dies*

(In wherever Darth Vader resides, 6 o'clock)

*Darth Vader sits down, servant brings platter of food*

Darth Vader: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Lord, bless this food, and give me the strength necessary to conquer the universe. Amen.

(Seconds before the Death Star is obliterated)

Random Storm Trooper: *grasps rosary* Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

Just a fun little idea I wanted to plant in your heads. Please don't think this is Catholic propaganda, it's only meant for laughs. Could you imagine Darth Vader as a priest? Neither could I, but it's funny!
