In the dark corners of the night you dream of a constantly expanding abyss; a place where the only source of light are the souls of the undead that float around aimlessly. Screams, groans, and maniacal laughing echo within the recesses of the underworld; abusing your sensitive eardrums.

Far of in the distance a large figure slowly stomps its way towards you; absorbing the essence of the fallen as it went.

Doing what any sane person would do; you run in the opposite direction from it.

Only to be blocked by a strange, metallic, creature with an abnormal deformed back.

The few hairs on your necks freeze as a beam of ice just barely soars over your head; hitting the advancing titan behind you.

Its snarls in annoyance before pounding the "ground," with a massive arm; the force of the impact creates an enormous shockwave to form that slices you and the strange creature in half.

A warm, sticky, liquid trickled onto Cassandra's face rousing her from her sleep.

Standing over the human, Elpurp skewered a machamp's throat with his spinning horn, causing blood to spurt everywhere.

"Morning princess," He growled as he slammed a linoone over his knee, breaking its elongated spine. "I seriously know a snorlax that sleeps lighter than you," He hissed as he snapped a growlithe's jaw apart, in a king kong like fashion.

"Sorry I just had a horrific nightmare," Cassandra murmured.

Elpurp spat out a large glob of venom at a frothing persian before responding. "So that little dream of yours is so terrifying you sleep through screams, roars, and blood spattering all over you?"

"Actually, only a little dribble of blood got one me,"

"Stupid, wise, ass bitch," Elpurp grumbled to himself angrily, while bashing a raticate against the stone floor.

"Oh it seems that I have incurred the wrath of the mighty Elpurp!" Cassandra gasped sarcastically.

"Damn right you did," The nidoking wiped blood of his oddly colored paws, having already finished killing off the mystery dungeon's hyper aggressive residents. "Now are you done napping or do I have to murder these guys for the fifteenth time this night?"

"Why? Getting tired?"

"No, I'm getting bored,"
