Hey everyone. This is kind of a sad depressed poem. What can I say. I started thinking about how someone who made the movie said something along the lines of it being the elves autum and that they were somber and all that. And it also struck me that there can be awful things about living forever too. I mean after 1,000 years, wouldn't you be a little tired. And having to stay EXACTLY the same for that long would grate in the nerves too I bet. So if any of you bothered to read this, now you know where the randomness came from.

May your creative wells run deep,

Blue.

Disclaimer: Not sure if this needs one or not, but just in case, nothin' but the poem is mine.

We Remain

oOo

Leaves are falling,

Season's changing,

Things are growing,

We're the same.

oOo

Snowflakes from the sky are floating,

We are frozen,

Trapped in ice.

oOo

Green life withers,

Bent and dying,

The Earth falls into it's cold sleep.

oOo

Light is waning,

Days grow darker,

Darkness falling,

As we weep.

oOo

We are weary from the toil,

Long journey traveled on this road,

Through many thousands of years of watching,

Still we bear this heavy load.

oOo

Though life around us, waxing, waning,

We do not partake in song.

oOo

Things are dying,

New ones coming,

World is changing,

We remain.

I beg you, break my meloncholy mood. Review.
