CHAPTER ONE
Davis lay down on his bed, almost flat as a pancake. He had never been so bored in his life, and yet it didn't feel natural to him. It felt more like someone was forcing him to be like this, forbidding him from doing anything as if he were not permitted to do it for some ridiculous reason.
He thought of maybe heading to the park to play soccer, or send his friends and email thinking they could all meet for lunch, but it seemed no matter what he thought he couldn't really do anything. Whatever was wrong with him, he needed to get to they bottom of it, but how? What could he do to find out what was wrong with him and stop or, or was he even allowed to?
