WARNING: I don't own the MCU or Insomniac game, also chapter one may be the longest one because the beginning is world building and the first mission of the game crammed into one chapter.

Some apartment in queens, 10:00 AM.

Peter was exited, today was Saturday, Aunt May was on a weekend business trip, some new job that should hopefully bring in some extra money. Now, usually peter would be a bit sad about that because May was gone, but only a little, when she was gone he would usually have Ned come over and build Lego sets and/or binge watch the original star wars trilogy and go out as Spider Man and be his guy in the chair, but on this weekend he was staying over at the tower with Mr. Stark and the rest of the avengers.

Happy came to pick him up to drive him over while Peter was talking his ear off in excitement wandering what they would be doing for the weekend. Happy delt with this by rolling up the little divider between them but peter was in too much of a good mood to let that bother him.

"Hi Mr. Stark!" he shouted, bounding in like a little kid on a sugar high, don't judge, he's spending the weekend at Stark tower with the avengers, let him be exited.

"Hey Spider baby, and how many times do I have to say it? just call me Tony." Tony greeted him in mock exasperation.

"Sure Mr. Stark." Replied Peter with a small laugh. "So what are we doing this weekend?" he asked.

"Well we were just thinking about hanging around the tower, get the others to get in some training, and maybe some time in the lab." Said Tony, listing off some of the things he has planned for the weekend. They decided to go on up to the penthouse area of the tower where all the other avengers currently reside in the living room.

"Hey everyone look who's stuck with me for the weekend." Said Tony in a jokingly annoyed tone, now, if anyone else were to hear it they would have thought he was genuinely annoyed but to those close to him like peter and the rest of the avengers, they knew he was joking.

"Hi Peter, nice to have you here." said Steve. Before we move on, the all the rogue avengers all got pardoned after Tony exposed Thaddeus Ross in his quest to gain control over all superpowered individuals, he was then kicked out of power and the avengers made up (Tony, Steve, and Bucky are still on very rocky ground but they can at least deal with being in the same room without having to kill each other.) and all moved into the tower.

They also knew about Peter being Spider Man, to say everyone was shocked was like saying water was wet, Steve's reaction was the best with being "WHAT THE *language*!" Echoing past at least 4 floors and him launching into an hour long rant about danger and responsibility and how stupid Tony was for bringing him into this, Sam and Bucky were a bit embarrassed about getting their asses kicked by a 15, now 16 year old kid, Clint over heard the conversation and fell out of the vents in shock, and everyone else ranged from shock, to how young Spider Man is, anger at Tony for bringing him into this and worry for Peter for being so young and already roped into the world of fighting bad guys and trauma and panic and nightmares.

"Morning Steve." Said Peter.

"Oh come on kid, you're on a first name basis with Captain America and you still call me Mr. Stark." Said an exasperated Tony.

"Oops, old habits die hard I guess." Said Peter with a shit eating grin. Everyone knew he did it to annoy Tony.

"Also there's a package on the table, it's for all of us, including Spider Man." Said Steve In a confused yet serious voice.

"Ok." Tony said in a weary voice. "Who sent the package and why does it involve Peter?" asked Tony anxiously.

"No clue, but I had already had Natasha open it just in case it was a trap and it was just a disk that said "play me, PS4 only." Said Steve with furrowed eyebrows.

"So our mysterious deliverer wants us to play a game?" said Tony with half lid eyes.

"Yes, everyone else is here crowding around the TV, so let's see what whoever sent this wants us to play." Said Steve.

Peter took the controller and pressed start.

The screen showed a spider lowering itself on a web with freedom tower and the rest of the Manhattan skyline in the background. The screen shifts to the right, pictures, on the top left is NYC from a building, top right is one of the many bridges connecting New York to the rest of the other islands, bottom right is a young man, possibly no more than 15 at the time, with a man and a woman, the man was greying on the sides with glasses and the woman had red hair, and bottom left was a picture of a woman with red hair and an old man.

Screen shifts more to show a police radio, a picture of a young man and an older woman in front of a banner that read F.E.A.S.T., a dead plant, an atomic structure model, stacks of magazines and comics, but what showed about a second later made all eyes widen.

"No way, are those web shooters?" spoke Peter, seeing the drawings. The others were too stunned to say anything.

Then little machines that looked like the ones on the drawing. A mess of circuit boards, Chinese takeout, a magazine with nerf darts on top of the cover that read OSBORN: IT'S NOT SECRECY, IT'S SURVIVAL.

"Know what, I'm not surprised if it is Peter, his room at the tower is a mess like this one here is too." Said Tony.

Jars with tape that said VACATION $$$ and NEW LAPTOP $, and then the one to really seal the deal on who it is, an inside out Spider Man mask with wires running through it hooked up to a cracked laptop.

"Oh god it really is Peter, why is this game about Peter?" spoke Clint with a bit of worry in his voice.

"Because I'm awesome." Replied Peter with that same shit eating smile.

On a cork board newspapers were pinned, "WILL SCORPION SING OR STING? FISK CRUSADER OR CRIMINAL? ELECTRO UNPLUGGED! RHINO'S RAMPAGE ROADBLOCKED! VULTURE SQUAWKS"

"I wander if that was taken right after homecoming night?" wandered peter out loud, pointing to the vulture image.

"Don't think so, he looks different, but who the hell are the other nut jobs?" asked Tony with a hint of worry in his voice, the vulture was enough, the others were bound to be trouble. Everyone suddenly felt protective over Peter.

Sticky notes, "Rent Past Due Again! Peter!" "Are you living on your own peter?" "Maybe?" need catch phrase… "it's webbin time"? "Absolutely not, Peter, besides that sounds wrong." "Mr. Stark! You didn't have to go and say that!" "The suit stinks! Laundry Peter! And "rent. RENT. REEENT. Camera pans down to a phone buzzing and the young man from the pictures fumbles around and picks it up. "All units, level four mobilization. Location – Fisk Tower." The young man, who we now know is Peter, sits up, "Fisk?"

"Good lord, he sounds grown up, thanks for making me feel old, Peter." Sighed Tony.

"It's what I'm here for." Said peter.

Peter runs to the cabinets, taking out two pieces of bread and expertly throwing them in the toaster which had motherboard connected to it.

"Nice throw man, and of course you would nerd out your toaster." Said Clint.

Peter ran to pick up his suit, sniffed it and cringed away. He then picks up the web shooters and clamps them to his sports bands, making the hand gesture to shoot the webs to prime them.

"Maybe we should work on this version of the web shooters, they would be easy to carry and no one would now since I would have the main components in my pockets or something." Said Peter while scratching his chin.

"Maybe." Said Tony, fascinated by that idea.

Peter webs the toast that jumped out of the toaster while struggling to get the suit on.

Upbeat music: I'm biding my time at the end of the line. Peter picks up the mask and pulls it out. No compromise in sight so I'll walk through the fire, break through the binds to find my desire. Peter's mechanical eyes narrow, a blue hud, system loading. But I'm slipping back again, back to the start again, back where I ought've been, feels like the tide is turning back again, no sign of settling, just like there's never been, sounds like the record's broken, it's been up and down but I know I'm fine A note was slid under the door. Pay your bills, Peter. "Please pay your rent Peter!" almost everyone shouted. Police dispatch: SWAT is 10-84 tower. All units standby, warrant is en route. "Peter, don't you dare." Said Tony as Spider Man looked between his phone and the bills. Peter jumped out the window. "Damn it Peter." Tony said rubbing a hand down his face, other reality/future or not, peter would always be the same, needing to get his priorities in check.

I'll take my time, I'm alive, Spider Man jumps out the window shooting a web to the right and shooting two in front, running on the bars of a handrail, shooting two webs forward and launching himself out.

I've been justified, I.

"oh I get to play now." Said Peter, holding R2 and releasing to swing and tapping X to web zip. I'm alive, and it feels like I'm on fire but it's right on time, I'm alive and it feel like I'm on fire but it's right on time.

Spider Man follows a helicopter, ring ring "Captain watanabe"

"Did you take him down yet?"

"no, we're at Fisk Tower, but still waiting on the warrant.

"Mind if I join in on the fun?"

"You know how his lawyers are… this one needs to go by the book."

"C'mon Yuri, I've been waiting eight years for this."

"You really want to help? Head to times square, sounds like his guys are trying to keep my backup from reaching the scene…

"You got it – almost there!

Ring ring: Hello?

Boss: Parker? Where are you? We must run through the demonstration at least once before the grant committee arrives.

Uhh, yes. Sorry. Yes. Dealing with a… personal issue. I'll be in soon. Promise.

"Who was that I wonder?" Asked Bruce to no one.

"Eesh, better wrap this up quick, then get to my *real* job."

Spider Man followed the yellow diamond shaped waypoint as the relatively small buildings turned into towering skyscrapers and flashing video billboards as the road split into a V shape. In Times square guys with guns fire upon cop cars as they pull in. The cops rush out leaving the doors open for cover. "We need more backup!" One of the other cops talks into his shoulder mounted radio. "10-32, Times Square. Officers under fire!" the lead thug orders the others to stop firing. "Bring in the hammer." He talks into his ear piece. They back away.

"Oh no, this ain't good." Said Clint.

"I hope they're not talking about Justin Hammer. Said Tony, although he was quite sure that wasn't the case.

The cop that called the backup looked up, gun raised, but saw nothing, he looks around, he hears a nose and sees a semi tanker truck honking and barreling past. "MOVE!" he and the others run out of the was just as the truck comes smashing through the cars. It tips over, exploding. The thugs walk towards them, machine guns in hand, cops on the ground, *THWIP THWIP THWIP THWIP THWIP* Spider Man jumps in, webbing the guns out of their hands and lands in a crouch.

"Get him!" Yells a thug.

"Morning guys! Who's ready for their hot fresh cup of bodily harm?"

"Ohhh Try not to get hit Peter." Said Tony, feeling a bit of anxiety building In him.

"Mr. Stark it's a video game, I'm right here, not actually fighting them." Said Peter with a bit of confusion in his voice.

"Oh, right." Said Tony, he couldn't help it thought, this was his mentee, his protégé, the youngest of them in a world too young for anyone, and it didn't help that with these graphics it felt more like he was watching a movie instead of Peter playing a game, especially about himself.

Peter tapped triangle to web strike, followed by pressing square to attack and O to dodge.

"I'm going to have F.R.I.D.A.Y to record those moves and we're going to train you to fight like that." Said Tony.

"Gotta warn you, I'm feeling punchy today." Spider Man quipped as he slammed the guys to the ground.

"Spider-Man, what's your status?"

"Almost done here. You?"

"We're about to go in."

"Be there soon. Can't wait to see Willie's face when you slap the cuffs on him."

"Ok, Yuri, all done, what's happen-" *BOOM* "Yuri?! YURI?!" Spider Man's eyes widened as he jumped away on a web, swinging past swerving cop cars. A helicopter flies close to the ground around a building with the name FISK TOWER on the front. Thugs and police were shooting, police on the ground and the thugs on the balcony. An Asian woman wearing a leather jacket talks into a phone "Get more backup! And lock down the airspace—

"That must be the captain." Spoke Natasha.

Spider Man lands on the side of a police van. "Yuri, you okay?"

"If he makes it out of that building we're gonna lose him."

"I'm gonna go, uh…" he points to the side, the camera focuses on a thug shooting.

"Do your thing."

"Yes! Today's the day, Willie." Spider man swings up to the thugs, shooting webs at them. "Heads up!" the avengers (especially Tony) were at the edge of their seats, holding their breath as Spider Man swung and dodged bullets.

Spider man shoots two thugs with web shots and the middle thug tried to run. "Hey, where you going?" quipped spidey as he grabbed the poor thug by the back of the shirt and tossed him through a window.

"Catch! I'll clear a path, follow me!"

"Get outta here, Spider-Man, we got this!"

Spider Man swings forward, web striking a thug.

"Sorry to break it to you, but you do NOT got this, buddy."

"What's Spider-Man doing here—he's gonna mess everything up!"

"Wow, so mean, can't they see I'm trying to help? It happens in real life too." Said peter, sadness and frustration clear in his voice.

"Sometimes people suck, Peter." Said Tony. Feeling bad for him.

"Thanks for the confidence boost, guys!" said Spider Man in annoyance as he air combos a guy.

"I guess this is what they call a hostile workplace." He quips

More men come out of an elevator, they start shooting.

"Down, down, down!" shouts and officer.

"Gotta take those shooters out." Says Spider Man as Peter web zips and webs up the guys to walls. He beats more guys coming out of the same elevator

"I think that's all of 'em!"

SWAT team runs to the elevetor. "Cmon, c'mon" they try the elevator but it doesn't work. "They shut the elevators down! Take the stair!"

Spider Man lands in a crouch watching them run up the stairs. "I prefer a more direct approach." He says. He pushes the elevator doors open and crawls up it.

Yuri calls. "Spider-Man, status?"

"Heading to the upper floors—and hoping nobody turns on the elevators…

"Wouldn't really be surprised, knowing my luck." Says Peter.

"Our choppers are taking fire, looks like Fisk has armed men on every floor."

"He's desperate…" he runs up the elevator shaft, climbing into a vent.

"…and he's hitting us with everything he's got."

"I have to find him and end this."

"Not yet. We just picked up chatter – they're wiping all their data servers. We need that evidence if we want to put him away for good.

"Ok, server room it is." He crawls up the vent. "call from May. Better answer. Uh…hi Aunt May."

"That's May? She does not have red hair!" said Peter, confused.

"Well it is an alternate reality." Put in Tony.

"Well ok, but some things should remain constant." Said peter.

"Oh you mean like you recklessly jumping headfirst into danger?" Shot Tony, making everyone else laugh.

Peter just went red in the face and turned his focus back to playing the game.

"What is all that noise!"

"Watching a Super Hero movie. What's up?"

"Well that's one thing that separates this Peter from ours, he knows how to keep his identity a secret." Said Tony in between laughs.

"Hey, it's not my fault she walked in on me with the suit on." Peter deflected.

"You shouldn't have had it on anyway, or at the very least made sure no one was there when you did." Tony shot back. Once again Peter's face went red and went back to the game.

"I just wanted to make sure we were still on for dinner tomorrow night."

"Totally."

"Ok, love you."

"Love you too." Spider Man web zips and attacks more Fisk thugs. Peter pushes square and triangle together and tries a finisher move. "How exactly do you think this ends well for you?" he says as he jumps up, shoots two webs at the floor and slams into the guy.

"OOOOHH brutal." Laughs Clint.

After clearing out the bad guys. "Gotta find that server room before there's no evidence left." He web zips to an upper floor.

"If I go in this way they'll destroy all the evidence."

"Why can't things just be simple?" complained Peter.

"I should look for a sneaky way in." he finds a vent. "There we go." He web zips in it. "It's like my own private ventrance."

"Really Peter?" said Tony unamused.

"Hey, don't blame me, blame game me."

"well you would have said the same thing, and don't even deny it I know you well enough that you would." Said Tony.

Peter didn't say anything, he was right.

"Fisk may be a dirty criminal, but he has remarkably clean air vents." Says Spider Man

"Hurry up! The boss wants everything erased!" orders a thug.

"I can't delete any faster." Complains the one erasing the files.

Spider Man does a web takedown. He goes further and jumps down.

"Is this tech support? I forgot my password." He quips as he beats the thugs. A timer on the screen counts down from 45 seconds.

"Oh god I don't do well under pressure." Said Peter as he frantically mashes the attack button.

"Gotta access that console before everything's gone." Says spider man as he sticks a flash drive in the computer. "Let's see just how good their security is. Oh you guys forgot the latest kernal patch, tsk-tsk…" "Hiding in the server room?" An image of a fat bald man takes up the screens.

"Damn." That was from Clint. Taking in the size of the man on screen.

"Cowardly… even for you."

"Says the guy frantically erasing his search history."

"After all these years, you're still just an ignorant child…"

"True, but that's part of my charm, isn't it?" says Spidey as he slams the enter key. Download complete.

Fisk looks down. "Damn you. Get that door down, now!" he says, looking over as he slams his giant fist on the table, cutting the feed. Guards enter the room. "Get past him, destroy everything!"

"Look around you! I did this! What have you ever done that mattered?"

"Well, there was that time I took down a pompous, overstuffed crime lord before breakfast." Replies Spider Man while taking down bad guys.

"Without me, the scum I kept in check will run rampant. And it'll be your fault."

"Been a long, tough road, Fisk. Almost sad to see it end."

"Mere prelude."

"Well, get ready for the main event."

He takes them all down and walks out of the room, an explosion shakes the building from the upper floors.

"Holy shit!" said Peter.

"Yuri, an explosion just –"

"I saw it. Fisk could have the whole place wired. I'm sending in a bomb unit."

"I'll make sure no one gets in their way." He web zips to the upper floor. Cops with shields move in. "It's clear, move up!" an explosion rocks the building. Spider Man leaps in front of them.

"Hey guys—I guess bombs are part of Willie's getaway plan." Another explosion. Screams.

"Sounds like they're trapped…"

"You go after them, we'll look for the bombs—"

Spider Man webs to the burning floor. "Everyone clear out! Evacuate the building!" he pulls a fallen pillar out of the way.

"I heard more people back that way!" said a woman passing by.

"I hope they're ok." Said Peter.

"I'll find them." A woman shouts.

"Spider-Man! We can't move, we're pinned down!"

Spider Man crawls under rubble. "I'll lift it. When you're free, get out, fast. If you can walk, help the injured. Got it?"

"Y-yes."

Peter mashed the square button, wincing, this was uncomfortably similar to when the warehouse collapsed on him.

Rubble falls on top, Spider Man lifts it up still.

"Damn, Peter, how much can you lift?" asked Tony.

"OH, well… I think that much and more?" said Peter, skirting around the details of the warehouse.

"Go, go, go!" they crawl out, Spider Man slips away before it comes down.

"Thank you! He did it! Let's go!"

"Okay Willie, commin' your way."

"Spider-Man, it's Yuri."

"How we doing, Captain?"

"Could be better. Our choppers took a beating—we just had to ground our last one. If Fisk calls in a chopper we have no one to stop it from landing."

"And no one to chase him if he flies away…"

"Why do I get the feeling that's what he was planning all along?"

"Because he probably was." He drops from a vent. "Damn. Yuri, get EMTs up here—fast!"

"We're trying—" an explosion just outside the door. Spider Man jumps onto the guard rail. A guy comes in with a rocket launcher.

"What the hell is this?!" shouts Peter.

"Oh yeah those guys are difinately going down with their boss." Said Tony, this would have been enough to imprison anyone even without all the bullshit that just happened today.

"Uh-oh—INCOMING!" he dodges the rocket, taking down the thugs. More guys from the upper floor come in, both with RPGs.

"More rockets? Little excessive don't you think?" he beats those guys too.

"What-? Is it national rocket day or something?" he quips as he beats them down. After that he pulls down a door. "Man, how'd the bomb squad guys get through this?" he asks aloud as he pulls some parkour moves only he can do across the ruined room to the next floor up.

He beats more thugs "Okay, room is clear. Bomb squad must be somewhere ahead—hope they're okay." he finds the bomb squad.

"You guys all right?"

"We were just about to call for backup."

"I think I'm it."

"Lead the way, we'll be right behind you."

Spider Man walks ahead, one of the guys talks into his shoulder radio.

"Heads up, boss…" they point their guns at spidey. His spidey senses go off, his mechanical eyes narrow as he jumps behind them, taking the gun from the back and throwing it at another "cop".

"Oh hell no." muttered Tony, he wandered just how many cops out there today are under someone else.

Spidey takes them on. He punches one guy with a shield, slides under him and attacks from behind.

"You guys were in bed with Fisk all along? Aww now I'll never get that image out of my head!"

Some people covered their mouth trying but failing to hide their laughter, Tony and Clint didn't even try and were just all out laughing, Peter made an embarassed chuckle while rubbing the back of his head, and Cap just looked scandalized.

"Who knew Peter had it in him!" yelled Tony in between laughs.

"Hey now that's not funny at all." Scolded Steve, but no one paid him any mind.

"So your plan didn't work. Onto plan B—getting kicked in the face." He said as he finished them off.

"Hey Yuri, looks like some of your guys were on Fisk's payroll. Good news is, they were Willie's last line of defense. I'm right outside his office."

"Take him down. Now."

"With pleasure." He enters two red double doors where sits in the giant office Wilson Fisk.

"I don't know what the hell they feed him but he's TOO DAMN BIG!" shouted Clint.

Spidey jumps on the wall facing him. "Writing your memoirs? Don't forget the hyphen between "Spider" and "Man". ( I know I don't do it unless it's dialogue but it's more of a personal preference that anything else)

The kingpin presses an intercom. "get the chopper ready. I won't be long." He stands up and cracks his giant hands. He picks up something. "I'm surprised you made it this far." He says, walking to the wall. "But your foolishness ends now." The thing he picked up was a remote. He clicks it and glass slides down from the ceiling.

"Uh…you do know I can still see you, right?"

Peter makes a mental note to work on that, that right there is what almost got him killed on homecoming night.

"Eight years of this insolence…" two pillars rise to reveal turrets. Spider Man whips around.

"Oh, for me? You shouldn't have…"

He dodges the gun fire.

"It's reloading." He webs them up and throws them at the bullet proof glass.

"What are you doing?" shouts Fisk angrily.

Spidey repeats the same process. The glass breaks.

"How is this happening?!"

"What's wrong, Willie? You seem angry…"

"I will destroy you!" he smashes his fists down on the table and sends the pieces to spidey who webs them up and throws them back.

"You'll die as uselessly as you lived." Shouts Fisk. Spidey starts webbing him up and beats on him a few times and repeat process. Fisk then punches spidey and runs him into a wall and into a steam pipe.

"Holy shit. How can someone so fat be this strong?" asks Clint in bewilderment.

Fisk tries to slam a fist on spidey who dodges at the last second making him punch the pipe with steam bursting out. He throws him through a wall. Spider Man's suit had noticeable scraped and scratches on it.

"You are everything that's wrong with this city!" shouts Fisk.

"Huh. I was gonna say the same to you." He continues to fight him, but this time there are guards in the mix, spidey takes down all the guards and smacks Fisk around a few times. Fisk picks up Spider Man and throws him into the ground, he slams his fists on him but he dodges left. The floor breaks under them and they fall. Spider Man shoots a web to the ceiling and pulls, leaving Fisk to fall, he then shoots two webs next to him and hurls himself down on top of him falling through another floor.

Fisk tosses him aside but spidey webs under the floor the kingpin was on and clings to the windows. He then launches himself into him and shoves him off the platform, they both fall, spidey punches him multiple times and as they fall he webs him upside down while he gently lowers himself upside down.

"So should we kiss now?"

Cops storm in.

"Ah, maybe later."

Cut to Fisk in handcuffs being walked out to a paddy wagon.

Spider Man jumps on top of it.

"Finally off to Ryker's, huh? You know, I think you've got more enemies in there than I do."

"How many enemies will you have to face later Peter?" Tony said in worry of his future.

"I don't know, and I really am not looking forward to it." Said Peter.

"If you think this will be more than a minor inconvenience –"

"Whoop—gotta go. Hey! Good luck, Willie." He shoots a web, holding onto it.

"I've a feeling you're gonna need it." He swings away.

"Idiot! I'm the one who kept order in this city!" he gets in the van.

"One month! In one month you'll wish you had me back!" the doors slam.

"Ok that was fun." Said Peter. "So uh, who wants next?"

TO BE CONTINUED

Sorry if anything is a mess its like 4:00 in the morning and oh my god this took longer than I thought HOW DID I DO
