Deep was the ocean of florid flowers

Yet, he could not send one

So crashing down came a lofty tower

That resembled all my love

Then blanched as masked with a gossamer haze

Teary torrents stained my face

My vitric eyes with agony ablaze

Bled with my heart in a terrible rhythmic pace

Oh how late and so surreal it seems I'd come find

With heart crushed by a lie

The tower was my selfish mind

The guilty hands are mine
