A/N: Alright well this is my first Cat/Beck so please, please be nice!
Disclaimer:
Me: I do not own victorious, Cat Valentine, or Beck Oliver (as much as I want too. *insert perverted smile here*)
Cat: What's that supposed to mean?
Me: Nothing! I just don't own you.
Cat: But? But? But? Am I not good enough for you to own me?
Me: No, honey. You're your own person. Go be free.
Cat: But-
Me: Look! There's a butterfly! Go make friends with it.
Cat: OH! It's so pretty! Come here little butterfly… *runs away spastically*
Me: Holy lord, she's screwed up.
It was my birthday! Yay! But like no joke! My eighteenth birthday literally just started one minute and thirty seven seconds ago. It was 12:01, and I had gotten up at 11:55 yesterday, so I could make sure I could get to the RV in time.
I parked my white car parallel to the curb and slowly, oh so slowly, tip toed on my tippiest of tip toes to the RV door. I gently pulled the door open, silently thanking Jesus it wasn't locked.
I crept in quietly and squinted into the darkness. I don't like darkness. It wasn't as much fun as light. Darkness was scary and unpredictable. In the sunshine you could see everything beautiful in life and enjoy every second of it. Focus Cat, you're on a mission.
I got to the edge of the bed and looked at Beck's sleeping form. I smiled at the sight of his sweet face, peacefully asleep. He was so adorable when he slept! All calm, and peaceful, and child-like. I loved him.
I gently leaned on the bed until I was straddling him. Thank god he was sleeping on his back, if he had been on his side it probably wouldn't have worked as well.
"Beck." I whispered, slightly shaking his shoulder. "Beck, baby. Beck. Beck!" I whispered louder, and shook harder. Why wasn't he walking up? I felt my lips fall into a pout. He was ruining this! It was already 12:04!
"Beck." I whispered louder and closer to his ear. He started to stir and take deeper breaths. "What?" he murmured, turning his head into the pillow.
"Beck, wake up!" I whispered with more force. He stirred under me and reached up to grab my hips, before finally opening his warm chocolate brown eyes and boring them into mine.
"Cat, it's midnight. What could you possibly need right now?" he asked gently, clearing trying to not offend me. I leaned down until my chest was resting on top of his, and my lips were at his ear.
"It's my birthday," I said simply, pulling back enough to look in his eyes again. I had a sweet as sugar smile on my face.
He chuckled softly before pecking me on the lips sweetly, "I know," he said laughing. He pulled me down by my hips and tucking me under the sheets with him. He pulled me tight against his chest and sweetly kissed the top of my head.
"Happy birthday, baby girl," he whispered, before leaning his forehead against mine. I fell into the deepest sleep I had in a long time. Never feeling safer than I was right then. Beck was my protector. He was the one thing I didn't have to fear. He would always be there. I love him.
A/N: Well, that was kind of random, I know.
Just something to write when I was bored.
Review!
