Disclaimer: I do not own Inuyasha!

Sorry for not writing in like forever but I've decided to rewrite this story.

Summary: AU. Vampire Fanfic. Kagome had felt drawn to him ever since that one night. What was it that drew her to him? It was frightening even to him. He knew what to do. But will he regret it? It all started under the moonlight of that full moon.

It was probably the light of the full moon that made him visible in the measly eyesight of me, a human. I am so dumb! How can I, Kagome Higurashi, be so stupid as to come out in the middle of the night during a full moon when the powers of a predator is so strong at this certain time! I can tell from the way his eyes turned a bloody red, filled with bloodlust, like he's going to kill me right now. I felt a shiver of fear run down my spine.

Run, idiot.

Why are you just standing there?

You can call me a coward, but right now, the instinct of me being a lamb caught in the hands of a wolf, is not terribly as off as I feel right now.

Luckily, although I didn't want to move, my feet was doing everything for me, as I carefully scooted away from him, the predator and me, the prey.

I should have listened to Souta, I thought as I imagined him sticking his tongue out at me in a 'I told you so' kind of way. Dangit this isn't the right time to be joking around. But I am so incredibly stupid.

Flashback

"Kagome, where are you going?" my little brother Souta asked, as he looked at me with concern when he noticed I was walking towards the forest in a non-caring way.

"What, I can't have just a little bit of fun?" I teased him as I began walking again towards the eerie darkness from the forest. I didn't know why, but something was drawing me towards the darkness of the forest. Taunting me.

"B-but, Daddy said that we weren't a-allowed to go in there," Souta stuttered, as he walked a little bit towards me, only to stop, when it seem he felt he had gone far too close to the forest.

"Don't worry, I'll be back before you know it," I grinned, turning my head towards him and to reassure him that I was going to be alright.

He seemed to have noticed for he smiled back weakly knowing that he wouldn't be able to stop me. Walking into the forest, I felt a light breeze flowing towards a trail, as if it wanted me to follow. Smiling, I followed that trail and came upon a river. Probably the river that my little brother and I always played by, which wounded around the big summer house that my dad owned. Jumping a little, with excitement, I suppose, I walked closer towards the river only to find that someone was already there, standing like a statue, unmoving.

Flashback ended

I regretted that I took that one step backwards, for he soon took a quiet graceful step towards me too, with a look of fierceness in his eyes. As he turned towards me though, I noticed just how beautiful he looked. His hair, long and silky silver-white hair (for it was nighttime so I can't really tell what his hair color really is) flowing gently in the breeze. He was simply wearing a white T-shirt with blue jeans and looked so magnificent in the simplicity of the clothing.

Damn, I thought in my head. Why does he have to be so freaking hot and why I am feeling like I'm going to be killed by him?

I soon stared at him, knowing that my fate might end here. God, I should've listened to Souta while I had the chance. Dang it. Why me?
