Return To Honour

By TheTrickster96

For mere minutes Theon Greyjoy lived once more as he walked Sansa to the godswood, towards the monster that killed him and from the ashes that was Theon, came Reek. Theon hated Reek and everything he represented and seeing the beautiful Sansa again had fueled the fire that had been slowly building up. Hearing the rips of her dress and her quiet cries, it was finally time for a return to honour and in a split second Reek died and once more Theon Greyjoy rose to glory. Sansa did not deserve this, he did not deserve this and vengeance would be his!

"No." He said, causing Ramsey to stop and turn around.

"What did you say Reek?" The monster replied.

"THAT IS NOT MY NAME!" Theon roared and launched himself at his captor.

Theon tackled Ramsey to the floor and began to punch and claw at every opportunity to which screams of pain were the reply. The blows were heavy and fueled by pure anger and rage and soon blood poured out of the monster.

"YOU WILL NOT HARM HER! NOT ANOTHER ONE!" Theon screamed as he shook the bloodied monster.

Ramsey cowered as Theon stood up and glared at him.

"I am a Lord...I look like a Lord once again. Thanks to you Bolton! I never killed the Starks, but you did. I am going to rip your fucking head off!" Theon said as he stepped towards Ramsey who tried to crawl away. "I am Theon of House Greyjoy. We are ironborn...we do not sow!"

Theon grabbed one of the many candles that decorated the room and thrusted it into Ramsey's left eye. The resulting scream was heard all over the castle and many were awoken from their sleep. Theon looked at what used to be Ramsey Bolton but was now a dead corpse. Theon walked to Sansa but she now cowered in front of him and before he could offer any reassuring words, the shouts of guards was heard in the distance and grew ever closer.

"Wait here. I'll be back and we'll take back our home." He said and with one last pleased look at the now dead Ramsey, Theon Greyjoy smiled in delight and ran out of the room.

Sansa Stark was now no stranger to a dead body but all the same, she was still shocked at how quick and unmercifully her husband had been killed. Theon Greyjoy had returned and his words echoed in her head. He did not kill the Starks, she was obviously aware of the Boltons and their treachery but it was clear Theon had been involved in Bran and Rickon's death but she could not help but hear a voice in her head that placed a thought.

'What if he didn't? What if they're alive?'

If they were, then perhaps Arya was as well. But the present was too important to worry about her siblings right away. When Theon returned and perhaps she was in a safer place, she could begin to think of her next step, after all winter was coming.
