The Exonerated

Backstory

Character: Kerry's Judge

Actor: Brianna Wing

Kerry's judge is Freida Fallon-Karr. Ms. Fallon-Karr was born on December 11 and was about 35 at the time of Kerry's trial. She was born to an elite aristocratic family in Boston. Her mother, Winifred, was a housewife who was known to tutor well-off children from time to time. Freida's father, Joseph, was a very influential lawyer who spent many long hours at his firm and was rarely home. Ms. Freida has one younger brother and one younger sister; James and Sophia. When Freida was twelve Winifred fell ill and died so she took her brother and sister into her arms and played the role of mother, provider, and protector in order to hide her own pain. This experience along with the lack of a father-figure was what developed Ms. Fallon-Karr's strong sense of responsibility, authority, and discipline.

Ms. Freida Fallon-Karr graduated from her local high school valedictorian and attended Harvard Law, where she also graduated valediction. At the age of twenty-four Freida was married to her childhood sweetheart, George Karr. However, after two years of happy marriage George was killed in a gang related shooting. The couple had no children. Freida was traumatized by her husbands death and slipped into a depression for several years. This scarring experience left Ms. Fallon-Karr cold and emotionless.

Ms. Fallon-Karr was offered a position on the Supreme Court at the age of thirty which she declined since she preferred her quiet life in local courtrooms. Freida Fallon-Karr was called down to Kerry' trial when it was discovered that all local judges had been influenced by media and Ms. Fallon-Karr had a reputation of being cold and unbiased

Note: I wrote this from Drama and thought it was really good. I may even make a short story based off it. Just thought some people might want to see it. In case you havn't read the play or seen the 'movie' on the Court Channel The Exonerated is about a bunch people who are sentenced to death row but are all innocent and how it effected there life and the ones close to them.
