Hey guys, it's me! This is a one shot inspired by my friend's injury. Anyway, she stubbed her toe and it was bleeding, it didn't hurt but we both wanted to cut class (We were in French :P) so she pretended to be in a lot of pain and the teacher told me to take her to the nurses.

So anyway we ended up walking REEEAAAAAAALY slow! Then we got some ice and I took her to the nurses. Anyway she stayed there and I had to go back to class but I ended up killing 20 minutes

Disclaimer: If I owned Sonny with a chance, all my one-shots would be episodes and all my chapter stories would be movies. But sadly they're not so…Yah, you get it.

"OW!"

"If you don't want it to hurt, stop moving so much!"

"Ugh!"

I leaned back in my chair, glaring at the blonde haired drama actor. "Hold out your arm." I commanded. Chad gave an eye roll, but held out his arm.

Rolling up the sleeve, I dipped a cotton swab in some medicine before gently rubbing it on Chad's arm. He winced lightly but didn't pull back.

"Better?" I asked sympathetically.

"No." He answered bluntly.

I rolled my eyes. "Why did you have to get in a fight with that Drew guy?" I asked him disbelievingly.

He was silent for awhile. "He made me mad." He answered simply.

Seriously, this was his answer? I took in his appearance at the moment; there was a cut under left eye, several bruises on his arm, a few lacerations here and there and worst of all something that resembled a scar on his right cheek.

"Chad, you can't just randomly punch someone out when they make you mad!" I lectured him. Chad looked down, "You'd punch him too." He muttered under his breath.

I finished bandaging up his arm, "Other arm," I instructed. Chad reluctantly held out his other arm.

"So, what'd he do?" he asked while cleaning some blood with a wash cloth.

"He said he was going to ask you out, that you were a 'good catch' and that maybe he could 'get lucky' with you, god that guy makes me sick!" He gushed.

I suddenly stopped wiping. He was hurt because of me. He has to miss 2 days of filming because of me, it was my fault that some sick pervert named Drew is at the hospital with a fractured jaw. (Ok that part I didn't feel bad for)

I glanced up at him; he was absentmindedly scratching his arm violently.

"I'm sorry." I said. Chad looked up at me in surprise.

"What for?" he asked.

"For…this." I explained my hand motioning our surroundings.

"Don't be." He stated confidently avoiding eye contact.

I stood kneeling there, head down in shame. I was suddenly brought back with Chad waving his bandaged arm in my face. "Are you gonna fix the other arm or what?" He asked abruptly.

For some reason his words made me smile. I flashed him one of my toothy grins before getting back down to business.

"Breathable bandage or regular." I asked. "Regulars fine." He answered. I carefully wrapped the fabric twice around his injured arm.

"Does it hurt?" I asked guiltily.

"Nothing Chad Dylan Cooper can't handle." He replied, with his signature smirk. I couldn't help but smile back.

I got up from the ground and sat next to him on the couch.

"How long do you think it will be before it heals?" I ask.

Chad gave a half shrug, "2 week, max." he reassured, sensing the worry in my voice.

His blue eyes shined brightly at me. I couldn't help it, I pulled him in for a hug. Surprisingly, he didn't object, I felt his arms wrap around me almost instantly.

I pulled back dreamily, "No more street fights?" I asked making sure.

"No more street fights." He answered embarrassed.

"You were actually pretty lucky this time, you know?" I questioned. "You could be worse!" I explained.

Chad just smiled knowingly at me. "I know." He replied.

"Or I could be Drew," He said.

I looked at him confused, before he continued,

"I hear he's getting 24 stitches on just his face alone."
