Draco/Pansy
A lot of Draco/Pansy fanfics take quite a negative view of the relationship. But what if it was simply a sweet, innocent romance? One shot, rated K+

Draco sat in the Slytherin common room, eyes shut, mind wandering. Where it wandered, he could not say. That was his mind's business, not his.
His mind was interrupted by a sweet voice. "Draco?"
His eyes opened and he smiled at the sight of his girlfriend, Pansy. "Hello, my sweet."
She giggled softly and sat down beside him. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and she wrapped her arms around his waist. She gave him a short, sweet kiss before resting her head on his shoulder. He smiled, kissed her hair and closed his eyes again. But this time, he controlled where his mind wandered.
"Slytherin!"
Malfoy smirked and went to sit at his table. He knew he would be in Slytherin; how could he not be? As the Sorting continued, a girl named Pansy was also sorted into Slytherin, and she sat beside Draco. He smirked at the girl. She smirked back, obviously just as confident in herself as he was. He liked that.
"Oi! Malfoy!"
He turned to see the Pansy girl. He remembered her from the Sorting a few months ago. "What?" He answered.
"You're good at Potions," she stated. "Be my partner?"
He smirked at her. "Sure."
She smirked back. He liked that.
"Here," Draco said with a chuckle. He placed his hand over hers and directed her wand for her, stirring their potion anti-clockwise seven times before stopping.
She grinned at him. "Thanks."
"Welcome."
As usual, Snape deemed their potion perfect and gave them ten points. As they walked to their next class, Crabbe said, "That potion was so hard."
"It wasn't for Draco," Pansy said, looking at him in admiration. He liked that.
"Does it hurt terribly, Draco?" Pansy asked.
"It comes and it goes," he replied. "Madam Pomfrey says I'm lucky to still have my arm. I couldn't possibly do any homework for a few weeks."
Pansy looked at him sympathetically and patted his arm gently before going back to eating.
"You know," Pansy said through a mouthful, "that Potter boy flew on that thing. How could he do that when it nearly killed you?"
Draco knew that she was playing along with his charade completely. He liked that.
"I think it's rubbish that he got in," Pansy said indignantly, her 'Potter Stinks!' badge was flashing.
Crabbe and Goyle grunted their agreement.
"I mean," she continued, "he's famous already. He doesn't need any more fame to go to that fat head of his."
Draco threw her a half smile and told Crabbe and Goyle to get lost. They grumbled their way dorn the corridor. "I'm glad you hate Potter as much as I do, Pansy," he whispered.
Pansy leaned forward, put a hand on the back of his neck, and kissed him on the lips. He liked that.
His mind was once again interrupted by a sweet voice. "Draco?"
His eyes opened and he smiled at the sight of his girlfriend, Pansy. "Yes, love?"
"We should probably go up to our dorms," she whispered. "Everyone else is gone. We must have slept for a while."
Draco looked around. The common room was indeed empty.
"Perhaps just a few more minutes," he muttered before kissing her sweetly.
