I saw this on Dumpling Headcanon, and it was too funny to resist. Especially since I'm Venus in a cosplay group, and I can see myself doing this.

Disclaimer: I don't own Sailor Moon or the idea for this story.

*Minako's POV*

I looked out the window to make sure that both of my parents had gone to work. Giggling, I reached under my pillow and pulled out a key. The key would open a secret door in my closet, a door that only I knew about.

I had planned this afternoon very carefully. I told the girls and Artemis that I would be at a volleyball camp over the weekend. Artemis went to hang out with Luna. (He said that a weekend with my parents would be too terrible. They never liked him.)

I walked to the back of my closet, straight to the secret door, and jammed the key into the lock. The door swung open, revealing a beautiful white dress; an exact replica of Princess Serenity's dress. I'd sewn it myself during the nights Artemis and Luna went to Mamoru's apartment.

Oh, but it wasn't just Artemis, Luna, and Mamoru in the apartment; Usagi and were always there too. I don't think she even remembers the last time she slept in her own bed.

I shook my head, trying to clear the envy that twined around my thoughts. Of course the real princess fell in love with the prince. The Senshi of love couldn't get a boyfriend, but that didn't matter to the real princess.

I stepped into the delicate dress and zipped up the back. Then, I twirled over to my vanity, armed with millions of bobby pins to complete my next task.

It was a bit of a hassle getting my hair to stay in the signature Lunarian style, but eventually, it was perfect.

Finally, I slipped my white heels on and set all of my stuffed animals in front of me.

"Loyal subjects: I, Princess Serenity, am here to announce my eternal gratefulness to you. You have been with me through it all and I appreciate your faithfulness." I flounced around my room while addressing the plush toys.

"Minako, what are you doing?" A voice asked from the other side of the closed door.

Artemis! I scurried to my closet, where I quickly changed back into normal clothes. Bobby pins rained from my hair as my fingertips wove in and out of the golden locks, making sure to remove every pin. I locked the door and stepped out of the closet, coming face to face with Artemis, who was sitting on my bed.

"Why are all your stuffed animals on the floor?" He nudged his paw towards the plethora of plush.

"I was thinking of giving some to charity. I really do have too many, and some innocent child might not have any." I lied easily.

"The Death Busters are gone; you do know that, right?" Artemis sounded like he was talking to a toddler.

"I'm not doing this for my sake. I have way too many stuffed animals, and some kids need them for emotional support." Stuffing a few of my least favorite plushies into a box, I stomped out the door.

Chibiusa wouldn't mind a few more stuffed animals, right?
