"What does dying feel like?" Eddie looked over to Richie who was standing there crying.

"I don't know, Eds." Richie sniffled, "Please don't do this. I love you. I'm not ready to lose you."

Eddie frowned, "I love you too, Rich. You mean more to me than anything, but you are going to be fine. Just promise me that you will never forget me."

Richie sighed remembering that last conversation they had. That was a year ago and he still couldn't believe Eddie was gone. They had been through so much together, but nothing prepared him for this loss.

Richie walked towards Eddie's grave. He put the flowers there and wiped tears from his eyes. Losing Eddie was crippling and Richie still didn't know how to move on. He never thought he would, so he spent every waking moment going to his grave and talking to him. A part of him hoped Eddie heard every word.

"I love you, Eds. I always will." Richie whispered before leaving that day.
