Hey everybody! This is my first fic for this category! YAY!!! Now, I'm wondering something...maybe I'm just weird, but what I'm thinking this is was called Rave Master where I live. Now, tell me if I'm wrong...is it the same thing, just as a different name? I am so confused, so if any person reading this would like to clear this up for me, I'd appreciate it. If this is what I think it is, then this is in Musica's POV about when Haru tried to get him to talk to the older Musica, thinking it was his relative. These are what I'm thinking he would think. Now my puppy-muse Scribble will take the disclaimer.
Scribble: We don't own...whatever it is. All we know is Hiro Mashima writes it...maybe he owns it too. I don't know.
Musica's POV:
That damn kid.
As if I didn't have a heard enough time that day, he had to make it worse.
All I really wanted was to leave. But then he came after me. As if he couldn't have just stayed asleep. But no. Then, he had to ask me about the blacksmith Musica.
He insisted until I told him Musica would be ashamed to have a thief for a grandson. But he argued he'd be glad just to know I was still alive.
I still refused; telling him it would give him new responsibilities and tie me down. He yelled at me for being stubborn. I yelled back we'd have to go our separate ways anyway. That's when he told me all I had to tell him was that I was alive, and yelled, "He's your only family dude!"
I honestly had no response for that.
To make it all worse, just then who showed up but the old blacksmith himself.
It did seem to fall together. Both our families were killed. A man named Rize raised me. The blacksmith didn't even return to the house; he was paralyzed with grief, as he put it.
I knew as soon as he showed me the crest he was my grandfather. I asked Rize to put the same one on me. Just he didn't know, and put it on my left arm instead. He couldn't have known. All the same, there it was.
As I figured, he didn't admit it, but then again, neither would I. I just didn't want Haru to know he was right. But I told Musica I'd be back, so stay alive. Then I left.
That irritating Haru.
He had to go get his nose into everyone else's business. But the next time I see him, I'll have to thank him.
In a way, he brought a piece of my family back.
Thank you, Rave Master Haru.
Well, it's short, but it's my first one! Come on! I'M TRYING (runs into a corner to weep hysterically)!!!!!!!!!! Well, all right, I used that last line, because that's what the older Musica called Haru. Family connections. See? Isn't it clever? Ok, I'm done being weird. Since it's my first story, I ask you be gentle with reviews, and PLEASE NO FLAMES!!!!! I'm asking very nicely. I like nice reviews (the only person who doesn't is my sister) and I'll appreciate constructive criticism as well. Long Live the Rave Master!
