EDWARD CULLEN!

I was alone. That was all I could remember. Carlisle had saved me, but what was my life before? I remember some, but not a lot. It was dark were I was dying, dark and cold. I remember felling alone, lost, unloved. He found me lying on the ground. He said that I looked so hopeless that he didn't know what to do. Carlisle took me to the hospital, the hospital where many people were saved, and I was one of them.

He said that he had helped me before and he had helped my mother. I don't remember my mother so I had Carlisle fill me in. "She didn't care about her health," he said, "All she cared about if you are safe or not. She said that she wanted me to do everything in my power to help you. I thought that she new my secret, and now I think that she did." Carlisle went on about every little detail. He told me that they got horrible Influenza, horrible isn't the word, HORRIFIC! That's better. Now, he said that, sadly, my father past away before he could get to the hospital. Carlisle said that I was the most sick, besides my father. He said that all my mother could think about was if I was going to be okay. It took three nurses to pry me out of my mother's hands. But she was getting sicker by the minute. She asked Carlisle to do every thing he could to save me. He also mentioned that she had the prettiest eyes, and I had the same. "They were a beautiful green, a color so beautiful, I didn't think anyone could have something so exuberant, so amazing, that when you and you're mother looked at me, I could of sworn that I saw heaven come right through your eyes." He said in the most sincere voice I have ever herd. " I knew what she wanted me to do, but I didn't no if I could." He looked ashamed but he really had no idea how thankful I was. It was a curse, and I was damned, but if he hadn't, I would've never met the love of my life, Bella Swan. I wanted to tell him, but he was kind of in the zone, and just kept talking, thankfully because I wasn't really in the mood for starting a conversation that I new I wouldn't finish. " I know that you think that what I did to you was horrible and evil, but I'm…" I could NOT take it anymore; I had to tell him how I felt. " Carlisle! I mean dad, I don't think that you understand how GLAD am that you, well," I didn't have to finish my sentence, he new what I meant." because if it wasn't for you, Bella wouldn't be in my life and I wouldn't have lived fully."

After that comment, he just smiled. I new what he was saying though, I know what everyone is saying. For example, Esme took me shopping once with Alice so we could find something that she wanted. All she could say was, 'Oh Esme, really, I don't want anything! Can we just go!!' But in her head, she wanted to tell Esme that she did want something, she wanted the new series laptop with all the cool new accessories but it was too expensive. So on the way to the car, I whispered into Esme's ear and said, "Try the new laptop, you know, with that installed digital drawer, I think that she would like it!" She just looked at me with surprise, then at Alice, and smiled. That week at her birthday, she got the laptop. She asked Esme how she new. All Esme had to say was, "Edward thought you would like It." And that day they found out about my little secret. Shame. Shame. Carlisle eyed me and was just about start talking when Bella entered the room. I smiled her favorite smile and watched her face brighten. " We where just speaking of you.

" Oh-oh."

"No it was all good stuff."

"That's good." And she sat next to me on the couch, placed her head on my chest, and gave me a loving smile, just the one I liked.
