I have no idea how long this file has been sitting on my computer. I came up with this a long time ago, before The Infinity's Storm was written. It's based around the story of NFS Most Wanted 2012. I pulled it up, dusted it off, revised it a bit, and here we are. I have an idea to continue this a bit. Read and Review, and Enjoy!

Welcome to the city of Fairhaven. Home to the most intense street racing on the planet. Ten drivers rule these streets. Always on the run from the cops, they drive the best cars, and dominate the city. They are: The Most Wanted. This is the story of how the Most Wanted showed up.

A few years ago, Fairhaven was a normal city. Street racing was not common. And then they arrived. A group of street racers had been looking for a city to live and race in. After looking through several locations, they chose Fairhaven, for its tight city blocks, open parks, bustling harbors, and cavernous mountain canyons. These drivers started by simply racing each other around the city. But it wasn't long before the cops took notice. They tried to stop them, and sometimes they took down some, a Dodge joyrider here, a Mercedes slicker there. Sometimes they'd get lucky and corner a Lambo or Mclaren. But the group remained mostly at large. By now, other racers in nearby states where starting to hear about Fairhaven through gossip the cops made on their police radios while on patrol. And from then on, Fairhaven was headed for the racer-dominated state it's in today. It wasn't long before new drivers where popping up all over the place, driving all kinds of cars, from souped-up Mustangs and Camaros to unique cars few had ever heard of, like Marussia B2s and Lancia HFs, even forgoing the anonymity of a dark windshield for lightweight Ariel Atoms, Caterhams, and BAC Monos. The Fairhaven Police department took notice in no time at all, and it was clear that their Ford Crown Victoria units wouldn't always do the job. So they started ordering Charger, Explorer and Corvette pursuit units by the dozen, fitting them with spike strips, and even purchasing some SWAT-spec armored cars for taking down tougher suspects like Ford Raptors and presenting an un-bustable roadblock. A number of Civilians didn't feel quite safe in this environment, where any minute an Aston Martin could roar by them, missing them by inches. Hence, more people ordered stronger Commercial Vans, forgoing fun sporty cars to avoid being falsely apprehended. It was about now the Most Wanted group was formed. The FPD posted a list to all their employees and units: these ten drivers were the most notorious, and should be apprehended above all others. These Drivers decided to paint their cars pearly (And all-too-obvious) White, almost as a show of defiance. These drivers quickly earned respect from their peers and fellow drivers, and so it went on: the FPD trying hard to stop the drivers, and the racers continuing to own the streets.

And now you're here. Looking to join the Most Wanted. To challenge this elite group, you're going to need to earn the right to race them. Beat them all, and you'll be number one; Fairhaven's Most Wanted Driver. To do that, you'll need cars. Lots of cars. Spread out across the city are some of the hottest cars ever made. If you can find them, you can drive them. Now that you know what to do, follow your map the first Jack Spot. The streets are waiting.
