?????? POV's
Dear Diary, it's been about a year since my daughter Aurora died. She brought me this diary for Christmas and I never really planned to write in it until now.
I miss my daughter and it's all those stupid gems fault.
They did this. It's all their fault. Everyone in this city calls them heroes but I call them murders.
I have to go now. Aurora's son is calling me. I always forget his name.
But mark my words I will get revenge on those dumb gems for this.
Normal Story
"Im home!" A voice shouted.
"Welcome home Lucas!" Another voice said.
"Its Liam," Liam told him.
"Sorry, my memory acts up nowadays."
"Its fine, Grandpa. I'm gonna go to my room and do." Liam told him before leaving the room.
Liam entered his room where he watched TV. Suddenly, the news came on.
"This is breaking news! The Gems of this city have saved a massive building from a fire that started on the roof and slowly made itself into the building. The cause of the fire is currently unknown but luckily no one was injured or killed.
"Heres one of the gems now!" The news reporter smiled as a Water Opal was pulled over by one of the news reporter. The Fusion obviously looked uncomfortable.
"Anything you like to say?" The News reporter asked.
"Not now!" Water Opal said as she returned to putting out the fire with the rest of the gems.
"LIAM!" A voice yelled from behind the boy.
Just then Liam dodged a shoe that hit the TV cracking the screen so hard you couldn't see it anymore.
"I don't want you watching those disgusting gems nor do I want you to interact with them in any way." The Grandpa yelled.
"Im sorry! I didn't know!" Liam said now worried and his eyes looked like he was about to cry.
"Yeah right! No TV for a week!" he yelled as he exited the room.
It wasn't like the boy could watch TV anyway. The crack in the screen broke the TV and the remote was useless.
"What's his problems with those gems?" Thought Liam.
Pop! Liam's laptop suddenly made a loud noise. It was the sound of a chatroom he was in with his friend. His only friend.
He rushed over to it and looked at the message.
"Hey, do you know if our math teacher assigned homework or not today? I have a doctor's appointment." Said the message.
"No, she didn't luckily. Believe or not I'm actually sad she didn't assign homework." Liam messaged back.
"Why?"
"You know those "Gems" that have been saving our city? Apparently, he hates them for some reason and when I was watching cartoons the news came on and it showed the gems so he broke my TV and he said no TV for a week." Liam typed.
"That's dumb. Do you know why he hated them?" Liam's friend asked.
"No idea," Liam replied
Suddenly Liam got an idea.
"Hey, Violet? How would you like to find out why?" Liam asked.
"Im listening..."
"Let's find out! My grandpa should be out the whole day and you can come up and many we might find some clues in his room about why he hates them!"
"Sure!"
"How does 12 o'clock sound?"
"It sounds perfect I'll be there!"
Liam closed his laptop and walked outside to dinner.
After a nice delicious dinner, the went to bed and waited for the next day.
