Written to: Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven
As I rise from The Shadows, my heart begins to feel the pain all around...I can see the essence of the pain, as though it were a fog that covered the lands. Men do well to fear me, for I am of the Shadow Itself. I was once nothing more than a simple demon...But then, one day, He took me into his grasp, and infused me with a power so like His own, I wondered, "What could he have planned for me?" I was soon shown because, He gave me a human form, and I was allowed to walk the earth, without cause, without reason...without hope.
I longed for the shadows, envisioned their tough, loving caress, but I wasn't given such a respite. I began to truly see the world around me for I realized it was my duty to give these simple beings The Darkness; to show them that, no matter what, shadows would forever lurk in their lands. I toyed with them at first, doing nothing more than sticking my hands into their hearts, to give rise and power to the thoughts that lurked there.
Soon I was once again in the shadows; for I had become the shadows themselves. I soon came to realize that this, THIS was my purpose; That I was The Bringer, the king of Human Catastrophe. I was elated to know that I did have a meaning, reason to exist. My heart was filled with a savage glee, and the smile that spread across my face, became a calling card to my arrival. The beasts could even feel me in their hearts, weather they wished to or not. My coming was shown in storms, disasters, and deaths; My leaving with pestilence, hate and horror. I became the Walkin Dude, in some circles, the shadow that came to help orchestrate the most devious of plans.
I sat at the right hand of Hitler; I was behind Rasputin; my hands forged Jack the Ripper's weapon; I spooked Mrs. O'Leerys cow. I was the harbinger of calamity. I soon found that these disasters were only part of a greater ideal, and the American Government gave me my purpose...all contained...in a bio-hazard vial...
