SoftWare: This story is inspired by Trapped in Termina by Brown Phantom. Primary difference between them is mine don't have language.

Cremia: Thank goodness.

SoftWare: Also, this is my first attempt at a pairing story.

Romani: Huh?

Cremia: Never mind.

Romani: Oh.

Link: SoftWare does not own The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask or any characters or locations contained within.

Chapter One

Trapped in Termina ( I couldn't think of a better title.)

(Sacred Realm)

In a land filled with pure light, three beings watched the battle between a young boy and a cursed mask. The boy emerged victorious, and the place where they fought vanished. One of the beings

faced her sisters. "He's done it." Another, wearing blue, faced her. "It was fairly obvious, Din. He defeated Ganondorf, so this would have been easy for him." The third, wearing green, spoke up. "Still,

it's not fair what the other one did to him. This was the best way to get him out of Hyrule until the necessary time has passed." They all nodded.

(Termina Clock Tower)

Link stood in front of the door that lead to the portal that would take him home to Hyrule. He was ready to go home, to play in the woods with Saria again, and to finally relax. He now understood that

Navi would never return. Still, he would find happiness. There was one little problem standing between him and his home. The door wouldn't open. He tried to pry it open. That didn't work, so he tried

as a Goron, donning the Goron Mask. Again, no luck. Sighing, Link removed the mask, and sat down. He faced the door again. "What do I have to do to go home?" A presence appeared beside him.

He faced the newcomer. It was a woman dressed in blue, with a long bang over her left eyebrow. Link hadn't met her before, but he guessed who it was. "Lady Nayru." She nodded. "It is an honor to

finally meet you in person, Link." Link sighed. "Can I go home now?" She shook her head. "When Princess Zelda sent you back, we sent an additional Link, one who would fight Ganondorf again, since

sending you back undid all your hard work." Link faced her. "And why can't I go home?" She sighed. "Because the other Link must fight Ganondorf in seven years. When that happens, you will be able

to return. We will have tasks for you to complete in the meantime. However, you don't have to do them alone anymore. One other will join you. You've met her." Link thought it over. "The only people I

know here are Anju, Kafei, Cremia, and Romani." Nayru nodded. "It is one of those four, but as I said, it's a girl, so you can rule Kafei out." Link sighed. " No other hints?" She chuckled. "No." Link faced

her. "What are the tasks?" Nayru smiled. "We'll tell you when the time comes. For now, go to where your heart guides you in Termina, and be happy during this time." With that, she vanished. Link

stood up, and after thinking it over, made his way out of Clock Town, and walked through Termina Field, intent on his destination. He walked. When he arrived, he walked towards the door, and

knocked. A red-haired woman answered. "Hello? Oh, you're the boy who helped me with my delivery." Link nodded. "I need a place to stay. I can work if I need to, and I can defend the ranch." Cremia

smiled at him. "You're more than welcome here. By the way, what's your name? We were never formally introduced." The Hylian looked her in the eyes. "Link, from Hyrule." That got her attention.

"Hyrule? That's across the Mende Desert to the East. Is that how you got here?" He shook his head. "It's a long story."

A/N

SoftWare: There you have it. (Note: This is not a pairing between Link and Cremia. The other half of the pairing will appear soon.)

Cremia: Romani, can you go get me the milk bottle in the barn?

Romani: Yes, sister. (Leaves)

Cremia: Who is it?

SoftWare: I can't spoil it for the readers.

Cremia: (Sighs) Please leave reviews so that SoftWare can know how you feel about his story.
