I wanted to write a story with Kol repenting on something... this is what came about. This One shot is inspired by the song 'Game Over' by 2PM-JasZ

Kol Mikaelson never expected this day to come. He knew the game he was playing was cruel and that it'll come out to the light. What he never imaged was that he'd fall for the little witch named Davina Claire. Yes he's the one that ended their relationship.

It pained him to let her go. He was dying and didn't want her to feel the pain of losing another. Somehow he survived and the first thing he went to do was look for the little witch. Locating her wasn't the hardest thing to do. Speaking to her was. She looked him dead in the eye, the lack of emotions made him wince. Before their use to be: a sparkle, a twinkle that brighten because of him and now there's nothing.

After explaining the event that took place in that little shop. He expected Davina to gasp and coo over him. Dubbing him; her savior and love. But like before she stands there expressionless. It's like the very life was sucked out of her. She avoids his gaze and shifts on her feet. This wasn't the girl he fell for. Something is utterly wrong.

Taking her small hands into his large ones; he plants kisses on them. There he feels the rough patches of her fingertips. Looking down, he sees the healing scabs. Blinking he looks into her eyes with shock. Jerking her hands out of his grasp; Davina quickly shoves them into her coat pockets.

Placing his hands on her shoulders he attempts to take her into his arms. The petite girl just stands there stiff as a tree. He can feel her heart beating wildly, but she refuses to wrap her slender arms around him. Tightening his embrace, he sways slightly. Trying to hold back his tears; he whispers promises into her ears.

A screech escapes her lips and shoves him away. Tiny fists slam against him. Tears stream down her round cheeks as sobs draw the attention of those around them. Kol attempts to calm her down and assuring those around them that they are dating. Not that he really cares what others think. But word would get back to his brother…

Shushing her only makes it worse, with a slap she storms away from him. His hand gingerly goes up to his cheek and feels the sting of her slap. But that's not what hurt… what hurt was the fact he broke his sunshine. The very hands that pushed him away are the ones he wants to have in his own. Just like before he's left alone… and his time it's his own doing…

'I guess Finn really did win.' He reflects as he starts away. Tears brimming, clouding his blue eyes.

He wasn't going to let her go without a fight. He'll get her back. She'll be beside him from now on and always. It wasn't game over! Not yet.

For those who enjoy my one-shots, I started a multi-chap story involving the daily life (struggles) Of Kolvina. If you'd like to view it. It's called Little Things! -JasZ
