A small child woke at the midst of the morning, having had a well nights sleep, they decided to get up and out of bed. With a wide yawn, and a big stretch, they swung their feet over the edge of the bed.

Casting a quick glance out the window, they saw a sight they never thought they would be confronted with - Jay Jay.

This couldn't be possible, right? He was only a cartoon character, a terrifying personified aeroplane cartoon character. This must just be some kind of post waking up hallucination, they did have quite an extensive imagination, it had to be unreal.

The kid rubbed their eyes, with a little more force than necessary to get rid of the false character outside their window.

With the decision to not get dressed in proper clothes, it being a Sunday and the most they had planned was to play in the backyard and watch films, the child straightened out their pyjamas and left the room.

Walking downstairs, they were immediately met with the sight of their father hunched over the counter in the kitchen, presumably making food.

All was normal, until they took another step into the small kitchen. There he was, once again. Jay Jay. They yelped quietly, and ended up slipping on the floor, staring at the monstrosity looking them in the eyes with that horrid Cheshire grin.

The father seemed to be frozen in place, not out of fear or anything of the sort, just frozen. He wouldn't move, obviously he had to have seen the character! Why wouldn't he move? No matter how much they called, there was no reply, not even a move of the eyes.

The blue disaster of an aeroplane flew forwards a couple inches, banging against the glass window loudly. This broke the child out of their panic with a loud scream to follow.

Where was the rest of the family? Why weren't they acknowledging any of this? Oh God... Maybe something already happened to them? There couldn't be a reason more than that this disaster had done something, as illogical as it seemed.

Another bang against the glass came, Jay Jay's face had turned dark and macabre. Rather than the already disturbing grin, he had an even more disturbing scowl. His eyes were blackened, glaring down at them.

This was surely the end, but they didn't know that. All they knew was that they were terrified, and wanted this beast gone.

Although, there was one obstacle. How are you supposed to stop an animated cartoon aeroplane?

This didn't matter to the child at the time, all that mattered was that they had to save themself.

The distraught child shot up from their fallen place on the floor, and shut the curtains, hoping in their small mind that would just make it disappear. Of course, though, that wasn't the case.

The demonic cartoon immediately flew itself over to the front of the house. It rammed against the wooden door.

The child screamed loudly, completely terrified. They dashed to the living room, and under the piano. In a fit of despair, they slapped their hands over their mouth in hopes of muffling their sobs.

After only a few more rough hits, the door splintered open. In came Jay Jay, with a menacing growl...
