We own nothing
Kenshin had been gone for two weeks to visit Kyoto and the grave of a special someone.
When he got home he was greeted by a wonderful smell.
It was his favorite Jasmine rice, omelets, and oden. (Don't really know if this is his favorite.)
He walked in the door and saw his wife, Kagome, he smiled at what she was doing.
She had food ready and was singing a song with her back to him.
He snuck up behind her and hugged her.
She giggled then turned her head and kissed his nose.
"Hi Ken-Ken." "Hello Kagome." He gave her one last squeeze and then sat down at the table.
"Hungry Ken?" He just smiled goofily at her. "Yes this one is very hungry, that he is."
She smiled a radiant smile and fed him. "You know Kaoru-Dono plans to come over later to see you."
Kenshin sighed Kaoru-Dono had been trying to break him and Kagome up for a long time.
"I know, I know but be nice ok?" Kagome sat down and started to eat.
Just then Kaoru walked in the door. She frowned when she saw Kagome.
"Hi Kenshin! I missed you!" She completely ignored Kagome.
"Hello Kaoru-dono. How have you been?" Kenshin said with a forced smile.
"I've been great thanks for asking." She sat next to him.
