Meeting the Copy Cat no Kakashi
Kakashi regarded the three students in front of him with an outwardly lazy eye. The Sandaime Hokage, also known as the man that Kakashi had pledged his life and service to, had called him in for a meeting yesterday. In that time, he had assigned Kakashi to fulfill sensei obligations to three recently graduated brats. Normally, the Hatake would have refused as he had no interest in being an instructor, but one of the brats was sensei's son and the other was Obito's cousin. So, Kakashi decided to put in some effort. He had only been ten minutes late even.
Attempting to look harmless, Kakashi gave the curious kids an eye smile. Naruto, blonde and blue-eyed and so painfully similar to Minato-sensei, grinned and waved at him. The Haruno girl, whose pink hair was going to be liability in the field (and was perhaps the sign of a bloodline?), smiled at him politely. And Sasuke-
"Aaahh!" Sasuke screamed shrilly, when he saw Kakashi looking at him. The Uchiha, who had previously sat frozen, instantly threw a brace of shuriken at the Copy Ninja. He then proceeded to adopt Naruto's heritage as he practically Hiraishined out of there.
His two classmates looked startled, then turned curious eyes towards Kakashi- "Cool," Naruto mouthed- before they hightailed it out of the room after Sasuke.
"Huh," Kakashi said aloud, "That hasn't happened in a while."
Meanwhile, the other two members of his prospective team were searching for the missing Uchiha.
"Teme," Naruto called, sniffing the air and easily tracking the boy by his scent, "Teme, why are you so freaked out?" Sakura trailed after him.
The Uchiha was curled up in a fetal position on the floor, muttering to himself. Naruto leaned in closer to hear him.
"No, not him," Sasuke whimpered, "Don't send the Sharingan Thief after me, Kaa-san! I'll eat my vegetables. I promise!"
As the Haruno girl tried to comfort him, and Naruto tried not to laugh, Kakashi sweatdropped. He had forgotten all about how badly the Uchiha had taken Obito's gifting him with the Sharingan. It must have been rather unpleasant for Sasuke to come across his childhood Bogeyman.
