This was it. Lois was finally going to tell Clark how she felt. She pulled into his driveway, and turned off the car. After gathering all her stuff, she quickly jogged up the porch steps, and knocked on the door. What she saw was what really surprised her. Clark opened the door, shirtless. He wore a pair of grey sweatpants, and white socks.

"Lois, I didn't think you'd be here so early," He nervously offered. It just now hit Lois, it was 10 am.

"I can come back at a later time if you want," Lois embarrassingly replied.

"No, no. You've already come, no need for you to go back now," Clark said, moving aside. He gestured for Lois to come in, which she graciously took. She walked in, and sat at the table, putting down her laptop and writing pad.

"Let me go get my laptop, and a shirt, and we can start," Clark planned, then walked up the stairs. Lois opened her laptop, and turned it on, waiting for Clark to return. That's when, she heard talking. Clark was having a conversation with someone else, a girl? No. Lois thought. Clark wouldn't be with another girl, would he? She'd get her answer when he came downstairs. After waiting a few more minutes, Clark came back down, wearing clothes and holding a MacBook Air.

"So, you enjoy talking to yourself?" Lois sarcastically asked. Clark looked at her confused for a moment, before realizing what she was talking about. Just as he was about to respond, a voice grabbed their attention.

"I'm borrowing this shirt," Diana announced. Lois turned around to see a stunning woman standing in a t-shirt about 9 sizes to big for her. On Lois, that shirt would go down past he knees. But on the girl, it only went down to her mid thighs. Then she got a good look at her, and came to a sad conclusion. God this woman is beautiful. She had cerulean blue eyes, gorgeously long raven hair, the perfectly shaped face. She was, perfect.

"Why can't you just wear yours?" Clark smirked, knowing the answer.

"You know why," Diana replied, playfully rolling her eyes. Clark just softly smiled at her for a moment, before turning his attention back to Lois.

"Lois, this is my girlfriend, Diana," Clark introduced. Lois was crushed. But she put a smile on her face anyways, and waved to Diana.

"Hi," Lois waved.

"Nice to meet you, Lois," Diana responded. Her voice was like a combination of silk and velvet, soft and smooth. Diana gave her a warm smile, before tucking a strand of thick hair behind her ear.

"I should really get going, Shayera and Dinah invited me to Lunch," Diana explained, picking up a pair of black heels.

"Bye Clark, and we should meet again Lois. I'd love to get to know you," Diana excused.

"Yeah, we should," Lois lied. She watched heart broken as Clark and kissed Diana goodbye. Once Diana left, he came and sat back down across from Lois.

"Okay, lets get started," Clark began. Lois needed to leave. She acted like her phone buzzed, and dug it out of her pocket.

"Actually, I have to go. Perry wants to talk to me about interviewing an African drug lord," Lois lied. Well it wasn't exactly a lie. Lois will have a meeting with Perry about the interview, but not until 5. Clark nodded to her, and escorted her to the door. They said their goodbyes, then Lois got into he car. The moment Clark closed the front door, she began sobbing. After a few minutes of crying, Lois pulled out of the driveway, heading home.
