"You know you could always just make it snow?" Jamie said with a big grin, he really wanted to get out of his math finale.
Jack laughed, "no can do, buddy, it's smack in the middle of spring, if I were to have a blizzard that would shut down your school for the day, people would differently noticed"
Jamie just frowned, "oh come on…that sucks"
Jack laughed once again, "sorry, I guess you'll just have to study"
Jamie just let out a sigh, "fine, fine your right I so pose…." He got up from the beach that he was sitting on, and smiled at Jack, "I'll go and study then, since I so pose it won't be snowing anytime soon?"
Jack just nodded in a respond. Jamie sigh once again, and started walking toward his house, "see yeah later Jack" he said over his shoulder.
Jack laughed, "See yeah" he muttered over his laughter.
"Jack Frost; Turning down a chance for a snow day? The world must be ending." drawled a voice from the forest next to them.
"Oh shut up Pitch" was Jacks reply with a roll of his eyes.
Pitch smirked, but said nothing. Jack felt the need to fill the silence, "you should know, of all people that if I were to have a blizzard, in the middle of spring…the rabbit would have my head"
Pitch laughed, actually laughed. "And since when did that ever stop you before?"
Jack didn't respond. He just looked ahead towards the small town, balancing on his staff.
Pitch just laughed again. "You know I'm right" he said as he retreated into the shadows of the forest.
Jack just let out sigh, "god dammit, he's right" he muttered. He sighed again. "I hate it when he's right" he mumbled.
And with that last thought, Jack shot up into the air, commanding the winds, and slowly the snow started to fall, soon turning into a blizzard, worthy of shutting down the school.
Back at the Bennett household, Jamie turned from his math book to look out his window, to see the snow falling, and the frost form on his window, "thanks Jack" he said with a big grin, before returning to his book.
