So my first one-shot got a ton of hits! I'm so happy! Ok just so you guys know...most of my writing isn't like this. I just like to dabble in different writing styles...and so far these types of things are the only one's I can seem to finish. ; But more longer regular written stuff is on the way...err...eventually.
Warnings- Rated T for implied stuff...if I should up the rating let me know. Also Elricest/Implied yaoi-like situations..just in case that's not your cup 'o' tea
Disclaimer - not mine...clearly, because if it were Al would own zoo filled with kittens and he and Ed would be getting it on like rabbits 24/7.
Condemnation Contemplation
--------------------------------------------
It was warm and comforting to be so close. So close to what they had worked for all their lives. A goal they had reached, and they would reap the rewards. There was no shame. There should have been though. They just couldn't bring themselves to feel bad about this. This touch..this feeling. Society could kiss their asses. Society was their enemy, any harm done to it would only add to their pleasure. Such pleasure. Intensified by the wait that had been oh so worth it.
"You're going to Hell," they'd often been told. It didn't matter. Neither had ever been much for religion anyhow. Besides, as Edward had mused, if there was a God why would He condemn them for this? This happiness brought on by love? So pure in it's being that they would surely perish should their bond ever cease. Truly such emotion was heaven sent. When they were together, closer than should be possible, there was never any lust. Only a desperate need to be near, together, to hold on and never let go. Always gentle, never hurried, it was something to be savored. Like every other moment only better because this was theirs and theirs alone. Alphonse's whispered endearment of "Brother" never failed to touch Edward to his core. Because they are brothers. A fact that neither ever denied, because though the world was cold and circumstances were things to be hated, blood was a bond that no earthly thing could shatter. It had held them across years, worlds, and even Death.
Words were never needed, though spoken despite it. Whispered lazily into an ear or murmured into a parted mouth, though usually said through eyes and actions rather than words. The Elrics had only ever held one thing as truth: Equivalent Exchange. A principle that still perhaps held true, because they had in fact traded that old mantra for a new, simpler one. One that didn't take an alchemist to fully understand.
'I love you.'

It was short and sappy...sorry. Read and Review...because reviews make me happy..yesh!
