Why do we fear? Because we do not know.
We are afraid of the dark because we do not know what is in it.
When we were cavemen being afraid of the dark was a survival instinct who knows what predators would be lurking out there.
A boy wakes up with a jolt to find himself in a deserted warehouse, there's dust everywhere and a single beam of light coming through a big window at the top of one wall that lightens up the whole room.
We can use this idea to say why we fear other things like foreigners or the opposite gender for example or in simpler terms why Racism and Sexism exist.
He looks around confused this is not where he remembered falling asleep and he rises slowly to his feet.
The unknown leads to fear and fear transforms into anger. It's human nature. What we don't understand terrifies us so we turn to hating it rather than trying to understand it because it's the easier path and requires much less effort.
He wipes the dust from his PJ's it feels so real, but is it just a dream. He hears a noise and standing before him is a girl about his age with blonde hair and piercing Gray eyes staring into his sea green ones.
So how do we get rid of Racism and Sexism if it's part of human nature well the thing is you can't you could minimise it so instead of the minority being persecuted for being different you flip it so the people who are racist and sexist are persecuted.
He hears another noise a large male with chinese like features appear though instead of being scary he instead looked like cuddly bear with soft features and eyes.
But then again it's the same problem your persecuting people for being different when it's more often then not, not their fault but their parents.
Another one appeared this time a beautiful girl with ash brown skin and hair wearing jean shorts and a tank top.
Yes the parents the ones who should be teaching all of those important little life lessons but if your parents teach you to be afraid of someone with a different coloured skin that can be very hard to be taught out of. Because why would they lie to you their your parents.
A male with blonde hair and electrifying blue eyes came stumbling in next wearing gray jogging bottoms and jumper.
So you see the same way wisdom is passed on stupid is also passed on.
Next came the girl with the black eye hair messed up like she had just woken up.
But you might say that if you can't trust your parents then who can you trust and I say trust no one. Think about it.
Next came the messy haired Italian male i'd been in enough Italian restaurants to know what one looked like this one had a sort of medical poncho on like he was in the hospital.
Why trust anybody, why trust anything, everything could be lying to you, does the grand canyon exist because I haven't seen it IRL does a snow leopard exist because I haven't seen it IRL, why do we believe dinosaurs exist because some guy in a lab coat says they exist.
A beautiful Indian girl suddenly popped in she was breathing very heavily like she'd been running he hair tied up in ponytails and kaleidoscopic eyes which were very freaky to look at.
And here we come to the heart of the problem we can't ever trust each other because we have no idea...
we all looked around at each other, I felt an extreme sense of de ja vu like i'd seen all of them before in another time, in another place. Then a woke up.
….what each other are thinking.
