Disclaimer: I do not own Doctor Who or any of the characters…

A/N- So, here's a little drabble for you. I hope no one's offended in any way by Jack. You know, he's...well, he's just...Jack. If you know DW, you know Jack. Hope this is enjoyable anyway! Review if you like! -C.A.

"He's cute." She cocked her blonde head critically as she studied that particular male specimen from across the room.

"You're right; he is," Jack replied appreciatively. Rose's eyebrows shot up and she glanced at her companion. "What?" he inquired, all innocence.

She cleared her throat. "I think something's mildly wrong when you agree with me on that point," she said, trying to state the matter delicately.

"Mildly wrong doesn't even begin to cover it," the Doctor said in disgust, speaking from behind them. Rose and Jack whirled around, guilty expressions slipping onto their faces. The Doctor eyed them both and shook his head. "I'm trying to save the world here, and you're discussing who's…'cute.'" He wrinkled his nose.

Rose huffed. "You never let us help anyway," she pouted.

He grinned at her. "That's because you might think the bloke who's trying to destroy the world is awfully 'cute,'" he teased. Jack laughed and Rose glared at both of them.

"Aren't you worried about what I might think on the subject?" Jack inquired, smirking. The Doctor shuddered.

"You… I don't plan to even let you within 5 miles of him," he said in a perfectly serious voice.

Now it was Rose's turn to laugh.
