"Mama." Alex called as Sam set in the tub with his little sister. "No bath." He pouted.
"Are you going to tell me what is wrong?" Sam asked as she glanced behind her to look at Robin who sat on the toilet that was across from large bathtub in the master bathroom.
"I don't want to inconvenience you." Robin hesitated as she pulled her knees up to her chest as Sam shut the water off.
"Mama." Alex splashed as stood up in the tub. Sam smiled down at the boy before she handed him his Lightning McQueen bath toy.
"You are my sister." Sam laughed as Aria tried to pop the bubbles, "I am always here for you."
"I think I might be pregnant." Robin blurted out before she lost her courage.
"That is amazing news." Sam exclaimed as she turned to face Robin, "Patrick and you have been trying for the last year and half."
"I know, it's just been so long and I don't want to get my hopes up."
"It's not like last time." Sam asked as she grabbed a washcloth and poured some soap onto it, "Have you taken a test yet?"
"No." Robin answered as she hopped down onto the ground next to Sam, "I am so scared that it is going to be negative. Patrick and I have been trying for so long and it's something we have wanted for so long." Robin sighed as she played with Aria's hair.
"Mama." Alex called again as he stood up in the tub.
"You need to take a test." Sam ordered as she passed the cloth to her sister, stood up and walked over to the closet.
"You don't know what it's like. I even started to take my temperature to know when I am ready and …"
"Please no more." Maxie interrupted as she entered the bathroom, "Sorry I am late." She apologized as she opened the juice pouch.
"Make a little pit stop?" Sam laughed as she dug around in the closet.
"You have the best food." Maxie laughed, "So what did I miss?"
"I might be pregnant." Robin spoke up as she washed Aria's hair.
"That's what the TMI was about."
"I was trying to explain to Sam how hard it is to try for a baby." Robin defended.
"Maybe you should take a page from her book and not actually try." Maxie laughed as Sam threw a towel at her, "I mean those two are proof that it works."
"Here." Sam said as she ignored the blonde and handed Robin the box.
"What am I supposed to-do with this?"
"Mommy!" Alex screeched as he gave a toothy smile to his mother, "I pee." He added with a giggle.
"That is what you are supposed to-do." Maxie laughed as she finished her juice.
"Alex, we don't do that. Now you are going to be in dirty water." Sam frowned as she quickly lifted Aria out of the bath and into her fuzzy pink towel.
"New water." Alex demanded as he looked around the bath with a scrunched up his face.
"No." Sam laughed as she set Aria down on the rug.
"Mama, no like." He cried as he reached for Maxie.
"Sorry I don't handle messes well." Maxie shook her head, "I will get this pretty little thing dressed." Maxie changed her mind as she picked up the two year old and headed out of the bathroom.
"Mama I no pee." Alex promised as he held out his hands for his mother.
"Till the next bath." Sam smiled as she picked up the three year old and snuggled him to her chest, "You sure you want some of these?" Sam asked as she faced her sister.
"I do." Robin sighed as she looked at the test and then back at Sam.
"I will be down stairs when you are done." Robin took a shaky breath as she closed the door behind Sam. She wanted this test to be positive more then anything, yet so scared at that same time. So scared that history would repeat itself. Shorty after Patrick and Robin announced that they were expected, Robin had a miscarriage.

"Were is Aubree?" Maxie asked as she hoped on the couch next to Sam who had Alex curled up at her side mesmerized by the TV, which was playing Puss in Boots.
"Dance, Jason is going to pick her up after a meeting."
"I would pay to see Jason with all those soccer moms." The blonde laughed as she look a sip of water.
"Shhhhhhh. Watching" Alex yelled as he pointed to the TV.
"Alexander."
"Please Shhhhhhh." Alex repeated.
"I think that it is only going to get worse when she starts school in two months."
"I can't believe that she is going to be in kindergarten."
"I know, we got her class roster and it seems Carly's persistence paid off. Joss and Brie are in the same class."
"I don't think any school is ready for a mini you and Carly." Maxie laughed as there was a creak on the stairs.
"Soooooo." Maxie dragged out as Robin slowly made out her way down the stairs and towards the girls.
"It's positive." Robin said in a quite voice.
"There is going to be a baby." Maxie clapped as she jumped up and pulled her into a bone crushing hug.
"Baby?" Alex asked as he pointed to Sam's stomach, "Boy." Sam just started at the boy for a minute, "Boy please." Alex corrected as he patted her tummy before he turned his attention back to the movie.
"Aunt Robin is going have a baby." Sam correct with a sigh, as she realized that the boy was not listening.
"I am making you an appointment right now and I am not taking no for an answer." Maxie insisted as she pulled out her cellphone.
"How are you feeling?" Sam asked as Robin sat in the chair across from the couch.
"That this is unreal. I want to make sure it's real before I tell Patrick and then wait to tell anyone else." Robin answered with a breath.
"I was able to get you in for tonight, it's in ten minutes. So that means that we have to go now."
"Alright, let me know how it goes." Sam smiled as she waved towards the two.
"You are coming with us."
"How do you propose I do that, leave the children alone?"
"Yeah, Aria is asleep and Alex looks like he is into the movie, I don't think that he would notice if we were gone for a little while."
"I hope you never have children."
"You are related to almost everyone in this town, call someone to babysit." Maxie replied as the door open to show Jason and Aubree.
"Mommy!" Brie explained as she ran into her mother, Sam smiled as she lifted her oldest into her arms. She couldn't believe that there was ever a doubt who Aubree's father was, as the girl got older she looked more and more like Jason. She found it hard that her little girl was five already.
"Perfect timing." Maxie explained as she patted Jason on the back and grabbed her coat, "To the hospital." Maxie added as she tapped her foot. Robin grabbed her coat and then looked at Sam.
"Where is everyone going?" Jason asked as he took off his jacket and than moved into the living room, he ruffled Alex's hair and then moved to give Sam a kiss.
"Sister things." Maxie answered as she grabbed Sam's coat.
"I guess I am going with them." Sam hesitantly said as she glanced at Jason and than to the blonde.
"I go?" Aubree asked as she looked at her mother, "I missed you."
"Of course you can." Maxie answered as she reached for the girl with one hand and than handed Sam her coat with the others.
"The kids already ate, Aria is asleep, I told Alex that he could finish the movie and Micheal will be home late, he is having dinner with Sonny tonight." Sam listed as she slipped her jacket on, "I'll grab something on the way home for us." Sam added as she kissed him on the cheek before she followed the three out the door.
"Okay." Jason said to himself since the women had already left, "What are we watching?" Jason asked as he sat next to Alex.
"Momma have baby." Alex answered as he munched on his goldfish.

"Brie this is a secret okay?" Maxie asked the five year old as the elevator came to a stop.
"Again?" The girl frowned as she leaned against Sam's leg, "Daddy said it's not good to not tell the truth."
"And what does Mommy say?" Sam asked as she combed the girls hair back.
"Lying only works on Daddy." Bree smiled up to her mother as the floor got off the elevator.
"She is coming along nicely." Maxie observed as they they headed over towards the nurse's station.
"Hello, we have an appointment with Dr. Lee." Robin informed a nurse that she has not ever seen, luck seemed to her side. Patrick had gone out with Matt for a guys night, so there was no chance of running into him here. She want diffident proof that she was really pregnant before she said anything to her husband. The miscarriage had been hard enough on her and she wanted to spare him the pain of a false positive.
"Right this way." The mousey nurse smiled as she pushed her glassed up and led them towards an exam room.
