Set in Hermiones view… Based upon Taylor Swifts Sparks Fly.. I do not own the characters, just the plot!
The way he moves around the Burrow reminds me of a full on rain storm and makes me feel like a fragile house of cards. He's the kind of reckless that should send me running but I kind of don't want to get to far. I stand and move towards the back garden and he's in front of me, close enough to touch, I hope he's not so close as to read what I'm thinking of.
I want to whisper for him to drop everything and meet me in the pouring rain, I close my eyes and pretend we're on the sidewalk and he's kissing away my pain, I see the sparks that fly between us whenever he smiles.
I feel his blue eyes follow me around as the lights start to die down; I want him to give me something that'll haunt me when he's not around, because I see the sparks that fly whenever he smiles.
He walks towards me and stands so I can't flee the room, his usually playful smile is now more alluring as it holds a sincere and seductive hedge to it.
My mind forgets to remind me that he's a bad idea, he touches my face and its really something, he whispers 'you're even softer than what I imagined you would be'
I'm on guard from the rest of the world but with him I know its no good, I could wait patiently but I really wish he would drop everything now and meet me in the pouring rain, kiss me in the garden and take away my pain because I see the sparks fly whenever he smiles.
His blue eyes hold my brown ones as the lights go out, I want him to give me something that'll haunt me when he's not around; I see the sparks fly whenever he smiles.
I run my fingers through his hair and the lights start to go wild, he keeps his eyes on me as he lowers his head, our lips meet and its just wrong enough to make everything seem right, he pulls away and takes my hand, he leads me up the stairway, he whispers as we get to my bedroom door, soft and slow, 'I'm captivated by you baby, you're eyes are like a fireworks show'
I whisper for him to meet me in the pouring rain, he kisses me on the side walk and takes away my pain, I see the sparks fly whenever he smiles, his blue eyes capture mine as the lightning flashes and fades, hes given me something that'll haunt me when hes not around, I see the sparks fly whenever he smiles.
The park around us flies, the round-a-bout that our children are pushing spins around and round. His smile takes up his entire face and the sparks still fly between us after all these years.
