Sam waited in the motel room for Dean to return. His mind was still reeling with the information he'd gathered from Castiel. Okay, so he felt a little guilty for tricking the angel but…he needed to know what the hell happened while he was downstairs.

He glanced at the map tacked to the dirty motel wall. Dragons. Sam was still having a hard time believing that one. It was almost as bizarre as when he and Dean found out vampires still existed several years ago. Wow, it felt like it'd been decades since then…when it was him and Dean, searching for their father, just trying to figure out what killed Jess.

The hazel eyed man ran a hand over his face and gazed at his cell phone lying on the table. How could he have attacked Bobby? The man was like a father to him—though, according to Cas, that was sort of the point of the attack in the first place. He'd come so close to kill Bobby! Why had Dean lied to him about something like this?

To protect you, the voice sounded similar to Dean's. Dean was always trying to protect him, even if it hurt Dean himself.

The jiggle of the doorknob had Sam looking at the wood door of the room, already reaching for his gun on the table despite the fact he had a feeling it was Dean. But, it's always better to be safe than sorry. Sure enough, Dean walked into the room holding a broken sword.

Okay, so I just watched 'Like a Virgin' and I thought it was beyond EPIC. I'm loving Sam again now that RoboSam is gone. I bet all the Sam-girls were screaming with joy! To be honest I was too, though I'm a Dean AND Sam girl…. Whatever. You get the point. Reviews much, much welcomed!

Also, I know this was short but my mind was writing this while I was watching the episode. As soon as I saw Sam's face when he was talking to Castiel I knew this would be on FF ASAP.
