Amy shivered.
"What's wrong?" The Doctor asked.
"I feel like someone just walked over my grave." She said.
The Doctor glanced at her but continued working. Amy got a little suspicious.
"What?"
"Nothing."
"You're lying."
"No, Amelia. I'm not."
"You only call me Amelia when you're worried about me."
"I'm always worried about you." Amy continued to stare at him until he gave in.
He sighed. Humans. "There are parallel worlds, all stacked against each other. Think of reeeeally long shelf of books, or snow globes. Except it's not like a snow globe. Forget the snow globes! Anyway there are parallel world, all stacked against each other, never ending, and a new one is created every single time a person makes a decision."
"Are there other versions of me?"
"Yes. Now, the real reason you just shivered right now isn't because someone walked over your grave, it's because somewhere in the multiverse, there's a version of you… that just died."
He continued working while Amy sat there, thinking about this shocking new information.
He glanced back up at her. "Are you alright?"
Amy nodded.
Rory came out one of the corridors. "Amy? Are you alright?"
"Yeah, I'm fine. Why do you ask?"
"I just felt something. Just for a second I'd thought something happened... Never mind. It's not important."
