Hasaan's Compound
As Robin stood there waiting to die she thought of her life, her parents, Brenda, Mac, Stone, Jason and Sonny.
Frisco Jones her WSB partner was trying to find a way to get to her and get her out. Her cover had been blown. He heard a gunshot and prayed it wasn't her. He ran toward where it had come from hoping it wasn't her, but his gut was telling him it was her that was shot, he just hoped she was alive. His team paved the way for him so he could get to her. He finally got to the room where he heard the gunshot come from, he opened the door and there stood Hasaan with a gun pointed at Robin's head. Robin showed no fear, as she lay on the floor from where Hasaan had shot her in the back. She knew she was about to die from the second bullet that was about to enter her body.
Hasaan asked, "Any last words?"
Frisco said "Goodbye sounds nice." Hasaan looked up at the voice and Frisco shot him through the heart killing him
Frisco rushed to Robin's side, "How are you doing?"
"I've got a bullet in my back and can't feel my legs, which is bad I can't move my legs and quite frankly I doubt I will make it. It will be touch and go." Robin told her godfather.
Frisco called his team and told them how to get to him and Robin and to bring paramedics fast because she was fading fast. She was unconscious now passed out from the pain. Frisco knew that Robin was right that it would be touch and go and if she survived she may be paralyzed. He rushed to the hospital following the ambulance closely. He needed to get there fast because he was listed as her next of kin and would need to sign papers so they could operate.
At the hospital
Frisco signed the papers and sat down to wait. He pulled out his cell phone and called his boss Robert Scorpio. Robert hopped on the next plane out to Italy he hoped his daughter would be okay. She was a good agent, one of the best, but even the best can't always help what happened in the field.
Frisco was still sitting there waiting on word about Robin when Sean Donnelly walked in, he had been close by when Robert called and hopped the next plane out, "How is she Frisco?" Sean was worried about his goddaughter.
Frisco who had his head hung looked up and told Sean, "I don't know. She was bad, shot in the back near her spine. They haven't updated me." So Sean sat down next to Frisco and waited with Frisco. Pretty soon the doctor that operated on Robin came out. "Family of Robin Scorpio?"
Frisco said "That's us."
"She'll make it, she has bruising and swelling around her spine though, she most likely will be paralyzed, and it will take a lot of hard work on her part to walk again if she even can. I'm sorry I wish I had better news." The doctor left after that.
Frisco and Sean were very upset at the thought of Robin not being able to walk again. Soon after the doctor left Robert and Anna showed up and Frisco and Sean told them the news that Robin was alive but may not be able to walk again. Robert and Anna were devastated to learn she may not walk again.
Robin's room
The four friends went into Robin's room to sit waiting for her to wake up. She finally does and was not surprised when she couldn't feel her legs. She knew what that meant; she was a doctor after all, as well as being a WSB agent.
"Robin." Anna began not wanting to upset her daughter. "You are going to need help for a while till you get used to this. Where would you like to stay while you recuperate and learn to walk again if that is possible?" Anna questioned.
Robin thought about that for a minute and said. "I want to go home to Port Charles. I think it's time. Can you arrange a house that I can get around in?" She asked her parents.
"Yes and you'll need someone to help you. I want someone with self-defense training as well as physical therapy to help you." Robert told his daughter.
Anna spoke up then. "Robert, I am going with Robin to Port Charles and living with her to help her." Anna is determined to be there for her daughter, especially now. Robin needed her.
Robert, who nothing much scared him, except the thought of losing Robin or Anna since he just got them back a little while ago said surprising everyone, "I'll also be going back to Port Charles, for a few weeks at least. Sean can run the WSB for a few weeks. Think you can stand living with your parents?" Robert jokingly asked Robin
"I think I can handle it but can you? Handle it I mean?" They all chuckled. At least for now Robin was in good spirits.
Luke's Club
Robert found a one story ranch house that Robin could get around in and has a room that is big enough for the equipment for her physical therapy. Most of it would be done at the hospital but she still needed a room for exercising her muscles. There was also a hidden room which would come in handy. Robert finds a qualified agent who was also a physical therapist. Robert arranged for Robin's Paris apartment to be closed up and her things shipped to Port Charles at Robin's request. Anna's things were to be shipped to the house also.
Pretty soon it was the day that Robin would be released from the hospital and the three of them headed to Port Charles.
Port Charles was in for a surprise. No one not even Mac knew that Anna and Robert were alive, let alone that they were coming home.
Robin was wheeled onto the plane and several hours later when they were about to land she called Mac and asked him where he was. Mac was at Luke's but why did Robin want to know where he was at. Robin told him that she would be there shortly she was in town and had a surprise for Mac. Robert arranged for their things to be taken to the house and the physical therapist also taken to the house since she would be staying there. Robert, Anna, and Robin headed to Luke's. They arrived at Luke's and Robert got Robin's wheelchair out of the trunk and they were ready to go into Luke's. All of them were nervous and wondered what would happen that night. What there reception would be like. Well here goes nothing Robin thought as Anna helped her by pushing her chair through the door.
