So this is my first time ever uploading on fanfiction. Dani in this story will be a bit different from the show and this is because she has grown a bit and been already out into the world and when you're out in the world you get to learn things. Also, I'm making her a bit more rebellious just to make it more fun.

Disclaimer-I don't own Danny Phantom or Naruto.

It was an accident. Dani's pounding headache remembered as such. "Ow, my head. What hit me?" The young teen groaned as she shuffled onto her feet slowly, swaying a bit when her headache intensified.

Bright light assaulted her crystal blue eyes as she took in her surrounding. Luminous green grass and span out on all of her sides, the only indication of disturbance is the silence that accompanied her.

"W-where... am... I? What happen-"

Memories assaulted her mind as she spoke the last few words. She remembered being in the Ghost Zone, flying in a rush to see her cousin, Danny. It's been months since she's seen him, and was excited to spend the day with him. Until...

Dani lightly massaged her temples, "Ghost portals don't glow white."

Dani has always been a curious creature (She blames Danny for the trait). So when a white portal opened up, Dani couldn't help but investigate. She only needed to touch the portal when everything went dark. Only to wake up in the middle of nowhere.

"Damn it," She silently cursed as she tried to massage the headache away. Oh, why did the universe have to hate her, she only wanted to visit her cousin. First, the chili cheese fries from the creepy vendor and now-

"You know, youngsters shouldn't be using that type of language," A stranger's voice rang out with hitch at the end.

Within a second she twisted her body to face the stranger. She could help but raise an eyebrow at the strangers clothing. What is he wearing or better yet... what is on his head? The stranger seemed to be of average height, with shoulder length bangs, and long white ponytail. Two red lines run through his eyes and on his head seems to be a horned forehead protector with strange symbols. But his weirdest quirk is the lady that is draped over his shoulders.

Please tell me he's not...

"Who the hell are you and what are you doing with her?" Dani indicated with her finger to the unconscious lady. The stranger didn't look exactly threatening... just outright weird... but life on the streets taught you that dangerous people come in all walks of life.

"Children these days don't have any respect! Do you not know who I am." The Sannin announced outraged. All he wanted to know was what the small brat was doing in the middle of the forest. He quickly notices that she's about Naruto's height but physically thinner. Eerily enough she has similar crystal blue eyes- "Damn, how could I forget. See ya around kid."

"No! Wait!" Dani reached for the stranger but with a puff of smoke he was gone. She looked around confused by his sudden disappearance. She carefully walked around searching for clues or tracks she could follow but found nothing. "Where'd he go? People don't just disappear like that!"

Dani rubbed her forehead in frustration, "This was not what I expected my day to be." Stuck in an unknown place and all because-Oh no. She was suppose to meet up her cousin today! In fact, she doesn't even know for how long she was passed out on the forest floor. Has it been a full day? Or maybe two? But more importantly... would he look for her? Even though they got along better now than in the beginning, a small bubble of doubt still popped into her brain.

She sigh in frustration, "Don't worry... He'll look and when he finds me, he'll rub it in that he was right. All along."

Dani took a deep breath and slowly switched her mind from her cousin to her situation. She closed her eyes in concentration and instantly a white ring appeared. Her regular blue hoodie and shorts is replaced by black spandex that cuts around her midriff with silver stripes that reach from her hips down towards her feet and her shoes are replaced with silver boots. The right side her of shirt is silver and her left side is black with mismatching gloves with a familiar insignia in the middle of her chest. Her raven hair turns silver and her once blue eyes now glow radioactive green.

"Woo! Dani Phantom is now in the house!" The ghost girl exclaimed and happily jumped into the air, rising above all the trees. She quickly circles around until she spots buildings in the distance. With a flick of her ghost tail she quickly races towards the buildings, in hope of getting directions out of crazy town. Just as she's a few feet from the entrance a big explosion rings throughout the town, accompanied by screams.

What was that?

Dani quickly bypasses crowds as she flies above the screaming civilians. She follows the trail of smoke, until it leads her to a gaping hope in the wall of the smoking building. She ducts in and quickly notices the change in the atmosphere. Dani's eyes are instantly drawn towards the two figures wearing black robes with red clouds. The taller figure looks strangely like a shark with razor sharp teeth and blue skin, holding a large look-a-like sword that is wrapped in white bandages. The other figure looks more humane but strangely enough has an expressionless face with blood red eyes. Next to them is a small boy passed out.

To Dani's relief they haven't noticed her. Their eyes remained looked with another boy in a bright orange jumpsuit. That kid is almost as bad as Danny's dad.

Dani heavily swallows at the chaos. Yup, this place is made of freaks.

The shark raises his bandaged sword, "Kid, lets make this easy. You wouldn't want me to chop off a leg or arm. Although it would mean less trouble for anyone."

The boy on orange snarled in defence, "You can't make me go anywhere where I don't want to go!"

The shark is gonna cut him into pieces! Dani thought frantically.

The shark smile widened, "I was hoping you would say that." The blue shark thrusted his arm in an arc. The boy could only look in fright as the sword got closer by the millisecond, his heart thundered loudly in his ears as his body froze in fear.

Dani didn't have much time to think as she gathered as much energy as she could into a single blast. Just as the ghost ray hit the sword, it began to thrash and shriek, which caused Dani to cover her sensitive ears. What in the world! Dani could only stare in wonder as the sword thrash, leaving hide scratch marks on the floor and walls.

With all the noise, Dani missed the sharks yell, "What the hell!? Samehada!"

Dani averted her eyes and hoped that the blond used the time to get away-WHY is he standing there! With little to no patience left, Dani charges straight for the blond, grabbing his arm and pulling him towards the opposite hallway. "Let's go before we become food for fish-face."

The blond stumbled behind her, trying to keep up with her frantic pace, "W-what? Who are you?"

"Does it really matter? I'm the girl that just saved your butt from being gutted!" Dani yelled as they stumble upon a set of stairs.

I would be able to blend him into the crowd if it wasn't for his bright orange- "What are you doing?" Dani came to a halt as the blond jerked his arm out of her grip.

"My friend is back there! I can't leave him!" The blond yelled in agitation, clearly ready to run back towards his friend.

Dani groaned as she remembered the other fallen boy.

"You should be more worried about yourselves kiddies."

A large shadow fell behind Dani and the blond, causing them to look up in fright. "A fish shouldn't move that fast," Dani said weakly as she suffled herself in front of the boy.

"Fish?" The shark snarled, his sharp teeth flashing.

Go ahead, Dani! Keep opening your big mouth! Dani thought as the shark swung his unbandaged sword. Dani quickly snatched the blond boy's arm in hopes of become intangible and avoiding getting gutted when the sound of crash metal reached her ears.

Dani's mouth fell open when she noticed the size of the toad. "Why is it so big?" She weakly mutters in confusion.

On the other hand, the blond boy knows exactly who just arrived.

"You don't seem to know very much about me... but I'm better at getting girls then they are at trying to get me. Especially if I know they are trying too hard."

It can't be, Dani thought as she looked behind her. Her gaze landed on the same old man from the woods.

"I, Jiraiya, the toad sage. The epitome of manliness! Will not fall for just any women! In fact, they fall for me and all I have to do is flash my sexy face!" Jiraiya bellowed.

One word popped into Dani's head after watching the old man finish his rambling. Pervert.

"OH YEAH? What about earlier! That woman just winked at ya and you scrambled after her! Now you come here late and try to look cool, ya pervert Sennin!" The blond boy yelled, outraged that he almost died again and his guardian was nowhere to be seen.

Well, that explains the woman on his shoulder... sort of, Dani thought.

Jiraiya came to kneel by the blond kid and said, "Hey! How many times do I have to tell you not to call me that in public? Ungrateful brat, I just saved you."

The kid huffed, "Yeah but barely. The one that really saved me is her."

Jiraiya put the woman down and his gaze met Dani's. "Hmm. Never seen clothes like those-"

"I'm a minor!" Dani yelled, crossing her arms over her chest in haste.

"Not like that! You pesky brats are all the same! Annoying and disrespectful!-" Dani decided to tune him out now that she knew he didn't recognize her. It is best to stay in Phantom mode for now for a quick escape later and since it gives her an advantage in this crazy world. She's startled out of her thoughts as Jiraiya ruffled her hair, "Thank you for saving Naruto, but I'll take care of things from here."

"Hehe, so you finally decided to join. Eh, Jiraiya," The shark snarled, a crude smile gracing his lips.

"Well, I've got to hand it to you guys. Well done in drawing me away from Naruto but I must say it wasn't very manly of you to put this woman under a Genjutsu," Jiraiya said, indicating with a hand towards the unconscious woman.

Dani by this point was able to understand what was going on. Her eyes gazed toward the other kid and couldn't help but wonder why the shark wanted the boy. By his attire, he didn't look to come from a rich family... maybe it's some sort of a grudge?

"So you're after Naruto," Jiraiya stated, widening his stance.

Why do strange things happen to me, Dani thought.
