Hey! So I have to write a poem about my happy place for school, and like the nerd I am I said the TARDIS. The poems not the best but I thought, what the heck lets post it online. I don't own anything you recognize from the show but the poem is all mine. Please comment and tell me what you think, constructive criticism is fine, but please no flames.
The TARDIS
This place I love most people pass
Some never spare a passing glance
It may not be an impressive mass
But the Doctor said to give it a chance
This bright blue box that travels through space
I looked inside, you should've seen my face
So many things to see inside
Countless rooms as vast as the sky
The console that takes us for the ride,
Is complex like math so I dare not try
Bright like the sun shines the TARDIS's soul
This astonishing place makes me feel whole
Ready for adventures to befall
Glee and excitement fill the air
Past events trophies spread down the hall
Like a child's play things spread everywhere
The TARDIS takes off with song-like sounds
So I hold on as the TARDIS spins round
Time comes alive, you'll see it all
It whispers in the absent breeze
What is, what's to come, and what might befall
Some times are happy, some are sad you'll see
But sad is happy if you are deep
There is so much to see, I dare not sleep.
