summary:little Rae wants to ask her parents a question.

this is my first story so please enjoy ^-^

her green little feet were padding on the ground as she ran to her mother, Rachel Logan ,a former titan, was in their living room reading a large book when her little girl came in. mommy? yes Rae? can I ask you a question? sure honey. raven set her book down and bent over to put her daughter on her lap. now what did you want to ask me? where do humans come from? this question surprised raven. did she mean... no she couldn't, she didn't even know about that...did she?

you mean where did humans originated from? yeah, her daughter replied. a huge relief washed through Rachel, good she didn't know what shed say to her if her daughter had meant that.

well you see when the world was created two people a man and a women were also created ,Adam and eve and they had kids and their kids had kids and so on. (AN: note I don't think this is what raven actually believes it just fits in with the story)

oh okay that makes sense, thanks for telling me mommy. her daughter gave her a bright smile, a smile that still warmed Rachel's heart whenever she saw it. she gave a gentle smile back. your welcome Rae. it was then that they both heard the door slam behind them. hey I'm home! Daddy! her daughter jumped out of her arms and into those her father. Garfield gave Rae a kiss on her nose, hi sweetie what have you guys been up too? mommy told where humans come from! Garfield's eyes widened and he turned his head to his wife. really? Rachel sighed, it's not what it sounds like she just asked where humans originated from is all. relief washed over her husbands face, oh.

raven stood up and walked towards the kitchen. I'll be back I'm just going to make some tea. Rachel disappeared behind the door way. so mom told you about people huh? yeah daddy! mommy told me about Adam and Eve and how they were the first humans ever! Garfield raised his eyebrow. apes? yep, why do you think they have fingers like us hmm? and toes? at that he started tickling his daughters toes. her giggles echoed through the room giving it a nice happy feel to the home. Rachel came in with her tea in hand and leaned against the door way smiling as she watched both her husband and daughter laughing.

It took a moment for them to notice she was there but when they did they both settled down and sat on the couch. Rachel walked over to them and set her tea down on the table and sat next to Rae, it was starting to get late so they all decided to watch a movie. Rachel put the movie in and sat down husband soon fell asleep half way through the movie he was snoring daughter was still awake. it was then that Rae turned to her. mom? she said. yeah Rae? Daddy told me that humans came from apes but you told me that they came from God, why is that? Rachel gave her an amused look. well you see sweetie I told you about my side of the family and your father told you about his.

yay thats the end of my first story. I heard this joke from a teacher of mine and i instantly thought of these two.
