The train is coming now, she can hear it, it's lights just coming into view through her tears. This is it. This is the moment. The moment it all ends. It'll all be over now. No more pain. She can be free, Ali can be free. Ali. The thought of her almost makes Beth step back, but she can't. She has to do this. Alison's too precious to Beth, too precious to the world to be left behind.
Beth lifts her foot, the train is almost here now, but hears a scream. There's nothing she can do now, she already made the jump. She can't stop. The last thing she sees is a woman with her face running towards her. "Ali." she breathes, before she blacks out.
