PROTECTIVE
Bellamy woke up to the sound of crying. He woke up instantly, checking to see where the sound came from. He opened his own tent flap and walked outside to where the moon shone brightly above. He walked to each tent until he realized that the sobbing was coming from tent 8. Bellamy was almost to the tent when suddenly he saw a figure open the thin flap to tent 8. The crying stopped, and a small voice said something sofrail and quiet that Bellamy barely understood.
His mind processed the words and then it became clear what the crying person had said in a whisper, "Lexa?''. Bellamy repeated the simple word over and over in his mind. Lexa? That was the leader of the grounders, what was she doing here?! Suddenly Bellamy had a horrifying thought. What if Lexa was here to kill one of the 100? Bellamy hurried to the tent to where Lexa and the person in tent 8 were. There was a scream that made Bellamy run as fast as he possibly could. Why? Because that scream came from Clarke. Clarke was the resident in tent 8. Clarke was going to be killed by Lexa.
