I had never seen her before this very moment and sometimes a moment becomes a memory the instant it is happening because it is so true, so pure and so significant you want to capture it forever that's what was happening now. The first thing my eyes were drawn to were her eyes, I felt like I was drowning in an azure sea. She turned looking at me, looking down letting my hair sweep in front of my face to hide my crimson blood circulation overflowing my face. She walked up to me and touched the tips of my ears that were protruding, from beneath my dark brown straightened hair. My head shot up in surprise, thinking she would have just walked away to class. She smiled "The tips of your ears gave you away, Vega." I stood there looking in to her golden eyes getting lost; finally coming back to reality, feeling like I was a special needs kid. I composed myself "your eyes gave you away there West, she looked at me with one eyebrow raised and a question playing on her lips. "When I look in to your eyes, it's like a window to your soul." She smiles devilishly with a lascivious stare "a soul" she said laughing amused at what I had said. "You think you don't have one but I can see it, yours shines the brightest out of everybody else's. Even in the darkest of times, happiness can be found if one only remembers to turn on the light." I saw you across the room because you shine brighter than anyone in this depressing place."
