"Yes…yes…Hoe, Tsubasa? Well he's perfectly fine…I know Tomoyo-chan…um…hai"

Sakura Kinomoto now a Li, sighed as she bid farewell with her forever best friend Tomoyo Daidouji, on the phone.

A boy within 7 years of age looked at her with a confused expression. He has messy brown hair and eyes, a complete replica of his father albeit younger.

"Kaa-san" he called out, immediately grabbing the attention of his mother.

Flashing her beloved son a smile, she asked. "Yes, what is it?"

The boy looked a bit hesitant at first but after a few seconds, he took a deep breath and asked. "Can you tell me a story?"

Sakura blinked for a moment before breaking into another smile. Tsubasa rarely ask her that. Well, almost never.

"A story…a story about what?" she asked with a soft voice, curiosity etched in her words.

"About…" the boy bit his lip before continuing, "how you and tou-san became a couple"

"H-hoe?" was the only response he got from his mother.

Well, she never really expected him to say that.

His eyes saddened. "…You can't?"

"No of course not, Tsubasa. It's just that…never mind. I'll just tell how so we both can get ourselves busy while waiting for your father, who's at work." Sakura said with the tone of finality.

Tsubasa just nodded in response, eager to listen.

Sakura clasped her hands and smiled "Okay then let's get on with the story"

She told him about everything, from how they first time met until the end where Syaoran proposed and then they married. Tsubasa keep himself from falling asleep until it got finished which he dozed off immediately. After all, it was way past his bedtime.

Sakura was about to carry Tsubasa herself when she felt a hand on her shoulder, she turned and her emerald eyes met with amber ones.

It was Syaoran.

"How about I carry him myself?" he suggested with a smile.

Sakura more than happily smiled back. "Of course, why not?"

He shrugged, a smile still plastered on his face as he carried his son to the comforts of his bed.

I just changed the son's name from 'Syuuichiro' to 'Tsubasa' since -Spoiler- Tsubasa is his official name or rather, "Syaoran's" real name in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. I also fixed some mistakes and added a few words here and there. Well, I do hope you enjoyed it despite the fact this short story is quite random.
