Riley was in her room getting ready for school. It was her sweet sixteen birthday today as well as Bella's eightteen. Danny and Alice planned a surprise party for them. Riley got dressed in jeans and a purple shirt. She went outside and got in Jacbo's car.
"Happy birthday," Jacbo said.
"Thank you. Are you going to hang out with everybody tonight?" Riley questioned as they were driving.
"I'm not sure," Jacbo said, Riley thought he didn't like the Cullens because the vampire vs werewolves thing. But the truth was Jake just didn't like Ben. He thought that Ben was a jerk.
"Please, it's the last birthday before Bella and I change,"
"What do you mean? I thought only Bella was changing," Jake said confused as they got to Riley's school.
"I have to lose the weight," Riley said as they got out of the car. Edward, Bella and Danny were waiting.
"Happy birthday," they said.
"Thanks, tell Jake to hang out with us tonight Edward," Riley said then the bell started to ring.
"Alright but this is your gift," Jake said then left.
"Jake gets to give you guys stuff but I don't," Edward said.
"You're giving me music lessons," Riley said as they walked down the hallway.
"I could never give you anything perfect," Bella said.
"You give me everything I could ever want just by being alive," Edward said.
That night everybody was at the Cullens waiting for Riley. Bella and Jacbo helped Alice with the music as they were waiting.
"Danny's here," Rose said. Everybody got ready. Danny and Riley came in.
"Surprise!" Everybody yelled.
"Oh my god, I always wanted a surprise party! Thank you Danny," Riley said hugging him.
"Alice helped," Danny said.
"You were running around for two months making sure everything was perfect," Jasper said.
"Aww, you didn't have to," Riley said.
"Let's opening gifts, Bella this is for you," Jacbo said giving her a little box. When Bella started to opened it she got a paper cut. Before anything bad happen, Riley put a band-aid on it.
"Thank you," Bella said.
"Well as long as Riley around it looks like Bella will be safe," Edward smiled.
"No big deal, let's have cake," Riley said when she saw the cake on the table. Danny light the candles but before they could sing it blew up in Riley's face. Jake looked around and saw Ben laughing. Danny saw to and hit him. The girls took Riley to the bathroom.
