Comments: Takes place a little after the infamous "Fullmetal vs. Flame" duel.
"But... you won." Riza Hawkeye watched her superior critically. Surely he wasn't going to go through with it.
"I'm fully aware," Roy Mustang returned, clearing out an area next to his desk. "But, I think I can do this. After all, it was Fullmetal whom I had the bet with, not his brother."
Riza sighed softly, then allowed herself a small smile. "I suppose nothing I say will convince you otherwise. Will you be telling Alphonse when he and Edward return?"
"I may mention it." Roy eyed the orange kitten in his arms, rubbing it gingerly beneath the chin. "I take it Alphonse didn't give him a name?"
The lieutenant shook her head. "I don't think he wanted to get attached."
Roy grinned. "I think I'll name him... Bean."
