L nodded slowly, deep in thought. The supernatural intrigued him, especially after his contact with a Shinigami. Even the school's name gave away that something non-human resided in it's halls. He picked up a paper delicately between his index and thumb. Information on the school. Placing another piece of Kasugai in his mouth, he scanned the page. "We shall investigate, myself posing as a mere student. Then we will see what is really going on in Yokai Academy,"
'Oh Tsukune, you're adorable when you study,' she thought, smiling to herself. Hiding behind bushes, under the school window, Mizore watched her beloved from afar.
She sighed adoringly, blushing lightly, when she heard a deep, monotone voice from the courtyard. "Yes, of course. All these students look rather normal..." Mizore averted her attention to the newcomer.
He was tall, but slouching. A mess of black hair, and dark, round eyes. A loose white shirt and baggy jeans hid his frame quite well, but Mizore could still tell he was fit. She blushed, still staring. 'He's every bit as cute as Tsukune is...and with a much more masculine voice...' she said mentally. Mizore then began to debate with herself. Watch Aono Tsukune, or get a closer look at the stranger?
"Ah, Watari, we should meet the staff, yes?" That voice! It sent a shiver of pleasure down her spine. Mizore had made up her mind. She silently slid out of the foliage, eager to study the man more closely. ~
