Splashing Kiss

Hermione stared out accross the lake, smiling into the delicate wind that played with her hair and tickled her face. She refrained from jumping when she felt two large arms slip around her waist, but ignored the man behind them, staying quiet as she continued to look out accross the lake. His chin dropped onto her shoulder as he spoke.

"'Mione, how many times do I have to apologise?" He whined. She smirked at this. Draco Malfoy whining was not something you hear everyday. Gloating, sure. Complaining, perhaps. But whining? And then, he hadn't yet realised that she was just messing with his head. She smiled again before gaining control of her expression so that Draco wouldn't notice. She never answered his question.

"'Mione! I'm sorry! Please forgive me!" He wheedled in her ear. "I'll make it up to you." He whispered, pressing his lips to her neck. She shuddered at the sensation, but still said nothing. He made a trail down her jaw with his kisses, murmering quietly as he went.

"Come on, love. Forgive me?" She sighed deeply, nodding her head reluctantly, though inside she was smiling. He still hadn't realised it was just an act. She felt him relax behind me. "Thank you. Now can I have a kiss?" He requested. At this she shook out of his arms, turning around to face him.

"Nope. I don't want to give you one. These are precious, you know." She smirked as his face fell before a foolish grin was planted on his face.

"Come on now. Do I have to force one out of you?" He threatened. She knitted her eyebrows together in confusion.

"And how exactly do you intend to do that?" She asked. Draco's grin grew before he spun her back around, wrapped his arms back around her waist and stepped forward, holding her over the lake. Her eyes widened.

"Give me a kiss?" He asked again.

"No! Put me down! Now!" She shouted. She heard him laugh merrily in response.

"If you insist." She felt his grip around her loosen over so slightly and she screamed as she slipped through, clinging onto his arms.

"Don't you dare!" Hermione warned him. He laughed again and his arms tightened back around her.

"Give me a kiss." He ordered her.

"No! Put me down! On the ground!"

"Not until you give me a kiss." She could clearly hear the smirk in his voice and she grumbled. She was fighting a losing battle, and prepared to give up until an excelellent plan popped into her head.

"Okay! Okay, I'll give you a kiss." She promised. He chuckled smugly before turning around and placing her safely on the ground, unwrapping his arms from her waist to spin her so that she was facing him.

"Now, a kiss?" He asked. She giggled, stepping up to him and placing her palms on his chest, reaching up to mould her lips to his. As they moved in sync, she was slowley moving closer to Draco, and as she broke off the kiss, she looked up at him with an evil smile on her face.

"Bye bye." She whispered menacingly. A look of confusion flashed accross his face.

"Huh?" Her smile widened as she pushed his shocked body forward with as much force as she could muster, laughing joyously when she heard the resounding splash of him hitting the water. As his head popped up above the ripples he had made, he glared at her.

"Oh, you are so going to get it." He threatened. She squealed delightedly before she turned on her heel and ran.
