It felt like I had just fell asleep when I was awoken by my blonde boyfriend; Deidara.

"Come on, Sasori-Danna! It's Christmas, un!"

I groaned and groggily asked, "Ngh, what?" Christmas? Today? He nodded vigorously with that cute grin plastered on his face. "Oh…" Suddenly my eyes went wide. Oh crap… How could I've forgotten? It came so soon! I forgot to get Dei something!

"Danna?" He looked at me with worry in his cerulean eyes. "You okay, un?" I shook my head and regained my composure. "Yeah. I'm fine." He smiled with relief and grabbed my hand, dragging me to the living room of our small apartment.

He dropped my hand and dashed to the small Christmas Tree we set up a week ago. There Deidara picked up a relatively large wrapped gift and motioned for me to come.

"For you, un!"

He held it out to me and smiled when I took it into my grasp, surprise in my eyes.

"Dei, you really didn't have to get-"

"Of course, I did, un! It's Christmas! I wanted to get you something special, un! Come on, Danna, just open it!"

He then gave me that look I just couldn't resist, so I sighed and conceded to his request.

I tore the paper off and gasped in shock, and gaped at him. Inside was that carpenter tools set I had been eying at the local hardware store for the past few weeks. "Dei, you- This was way too expensive!" The blonde laughed as I held up the gift and stared at it. "No, not at all, un! I knew you always wanted the set, so I bought it for you."

I sighed and smiled, "Thanks Dei. But-" He tilted his head to the side in confusion. "What is it?"

I swallowed and looked away. "I'm sorry I didn't get you something in return…"

There was a short silence, then a laugh. I looked up from my spot and saw my blonde boyfriend giggling and grinning.

"Silly Danna! I didn't need something bought or made for Christmas, un."

I blinked, as if to ask what he meant. He chuckled again and said to me,

"All I wanted was for you to be with me, un."

Before I could react, Deidara had engulfed me in an embrace.

"Merry Christmas, 'Sori-Danna, un."

"Merry Christmas, Deidara."
