What a marvelously confusing Universe Billie lives in. Men in suits of armor are classified as superheroes. Norse gods exist. Certain humans born with a genetic mutation can achieve superpowers. Billie can't wrap her head around it, and maybe it's for the best she doesn't. The quicker she can accept it and move on, the better off she'll be. —Part I in the Time Heist series.—
