Lee wears gauze on his arms because…
1.) He wears them to perform the Primary and Hidden Lotus.
2.) It hides his Guy tattoos
3.) It hides his Sakura tattoos and any other tattoos in general
4.) He was formerly emo and it hides his scars
5.) They hide the result of him calling Neji an egotistical loser
6.) Choji thought his arms were food once and tried eating them. He's worn the gauze to avoid confusion.
7.) Those are replacement arms with gauze keeping them in place. The originals were ripped off when Lee told Hannah Montana that she was his hero.
8.) His muscles ripped through his jumpsuit and he couldn't fix the sleeves.
9.) He had a bad habit of chewing on his arms and put the gauze on to prevent it.
10.) He had to be different SOMEHOW from Guy…
"So, what do you think, you guys?" Lee asked his two dumbfounded squad mates. Tenten shuddered.
"I have trouble believing about half of those," she admitted. Neji snickered.
"Well, I can understand the Hannah Montana thing."
Lee grew a defensive look on his face. "HEY! She is an inspiration to the world!" Suddenly, the ninja noticed Neji's arms. One of them was fine…the other had gauze on it.
"Hey Neji…why do YOU were gauze on your arm?"
