Hi! Glittercat33 here with your new story. This is my first Girl Meets World fanfic, so please be nice. Maya is a little OOC, but I had to for this type of fic. I did a lot of research, but I'm sorry if I got any thing wrong. Well, enjoy!

Riley's P.O.V.
I was walking home from school on a warm spring evening when I found a little ally that I had never noticed before. I decided that I should check it out; what harm could it do? So I sneaked down the ally. It was dark; too dark to see. Then, all of a sudden, I tripped over something in the darkness. I fell down to the ground and felt an agonizing pain in my ankle. I screamed, hoping somebody would hear me, but no luck. I was trapped. Eventually, the pain became too much to bear. I let out one last yell, just in case, and let the darkness take over my vision.
Maya's P.O.V.
I was walking around my neighborhood in search of something to do, when I heard an agonizing scream. It sounded a lot like Riley, but it couldn't have been her, she was at her house. So I continued on my way when I heard it again. It had to be Riley, she must be in trouble! Ugh, what happened this time. I guess I have to help her out, she is my best friend after all. I set out looking for her, hoping just to find her as fast as I could. Finally I found a dark ally, and I walked though it and found something...warm. There was Riley! She looks terrible! I need to get help, but how? I go though Riley 's bag and find her phone. I put in the password- 2234- and call 911. When they pick up, I tell them where we are and to hurry. After I hang up, I try to get a closer look at Riley. She's unconscious and her ankle is all twisted up with a little blood from scrapes and cuts. Her ankle must really hurt for her to be unconscious. Then I hear the ambulance pull up and get Riley on a stretcher. The doctors ask me to get a ride from a parent or guardian. I need a ride to the hospital now. I walk home and grab my bike and start riding to the hospital.
_Time skip_
I wait and wait and wait. I wonder what happened to Riley, and what's wrong with her. Finally a nurse comes out of the ER and motions for me to follow her. She takes me to a room and closes the door behind me. On the bed Riley is fiddling with the bed controls and making the bed move all over the place. When she spots me, she stops.
"Oh, um, hi Maya." She says.
"Hi Riley. How ya feelin?" I ask.
"Well, my ankle hurts really bad, but otherwise, perfectly fine!" She chirps.
"Cool. I can take you home now, but we need to see the nurse first." I explain.
"Oh, ok." Riley replies.
We walk down the hall, with Riley hanging on to my shoulder for dear life. When we arrive at the room, Riley sits down on the bed. Then a doctor comes in and grabs Riley's ankle and twists and turns it back into place. Riley is crying from the pain. I calm her down and give her the crutches to walk home with. Next time I hope Riley won't explore dark alleys by herself.
